As far as I can tell, this product worked perfectly well. However, I felt it was very expensive for what you get. The bottle contains 300ml and the instructions state that you should use 25 - 30 ml with every wash. This means you only get 10 to 12 washes out of it. Remember also that this is not a detergent so you will have to pay for detergent as well. I would have liked some sort of means of measuring out the required amount. Why not put a measure on the cap as is the case with liquid detergent? This would have been helpful. I was also concerned about all the warnings on the pack, I quote "Warning: flammable liquid & vapour. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Environmental hazard. Toxic to aquatic life. For domestic use only. Do not swallow. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice".I found all the dire warnings quite off-putting.I normally use Allersearch which is a detergent which also destroys dust mites and other allergens. You, therefore, don't need to buy two separate products. Although Allersearch is also expensive, you only need a tiny amount so it lasts for ages and as I have indicated you only need the one product. I intend to return to using Allersearch as I consider it to be much better value than this product.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I use this to wash our dog's bedding, towels, coats etc. We have allergies and asthma in the family. This helps to keep allergens/dander etc in check, so we we can enjoy having our lovely dog. I've also used it to wash the children's dressing up clothes,, which end up a bit musty fusty. It's brilliant to use when washing duvets, especially at the change of seasons, when duvets are then being stored for a few months. We use other products in the range, to great effect.

Very strong, but not unpleasant menthol type scent. It won't last long if you follow the dosage instructions on the bottle so I put half the indicated amount in the wash. I use it on pet bedding and throws and any other fabrics my dog comes into contact with but I wouldn't use it on my clothes as I don't fancy walking around smelling like that! Can't really comment on its effectiveness as a single product as I'm using it with the fabric spray and the room spray but collectively they work well.

This is excellent. This is my second purchase of it. I know some people have complained about the strong smell. Personally I actually like it, it's herbal and I find it very fresh, but everyone has their own preferences. That being said, it really doesn't linger for a long time.From an allergy point of view, although I've had pets all my life, over the past few years, I've developed sinus problems that I suspect are related to a combination of pet fur and dust mites. Since I started using this spray and also the add in for washing, my sinus episodes have reduced to almost nothing. I can't recommend this highly enough. For me, it's been a life changer.

Bought this as natural way to help alleviate allergy symptoms. Personally I like the smell (contains eucalyptus oil); have bought the product before (not online) after reading about it and researching its efficacy. It's easy to use (just add designated amount to washing powder drawer), and I always have some in the cupboard. It's manufactured in the UK, and not tested on animals.Small Tip: I store my bottle within a plastic container (largest yogurt container), because if you manage to drip product onto the pink packaging, it seems to smudge and can leave pink marks.

I got diagnosed with a multiple chemical sensitivity - this does a great job and getting rid of allergens but theres no way i use the whole capful, just about 10ml each time. its pretty strong and smells great. i add essential oils like lavendar it enhances smell and effectiveness.

Absolutely makes a difference in our home. I suffer pet allergies and this removes the dander wonderfully. I wash fabrics every 6 weeks or so in it and use the other products in the range to keep it at bay. It's got a really nice scent too unlike a lot of other products claiming to do similar. So I'm not spending my time trying to mask the smell.
