Used this after a thorough pre-wash and contact wash. The paint work wasn’t too bad before but definitely noticed an improvement in slickness and feel. For heavy contamination I’d probably still opt for a clay bar but in regards to maintenance I’d say this is an effect and time saving tool! 10/10 for Excellent quality. 8/10 for effectiveness, 9/10 value for money, 10/10 for ease of use. 10/10 for product details/ application instructions

After using a clay bar for years, I decided to see what the fuss was about. These are great! So much easier to use than clay and offer a decent level of dirt removal. They won't remove scratches, quite the opposite if you haven't prepared your paintwork correctly, but no different to using clay. It's just far easy to use and rinse off. You will get more uses out of this too. It leaves a great clean finish, ready for the polishing stage.

Overview: A very valid alternative to clay bars Disclaimer: I don’t know what I’m doing, I really don’t! I’m not a professional detailer, more a have a go hero. I’ve used a few things, gotten better at the basics. Hopefully if you don’t know what you’re doing either, then this review helps! Basics: So this is for replacing clay bars. If you don’t know what they, or indeed this is for - basically after washing your car there is still all sorts of rubbish and dirt on the car itself. Softly run your hand over the bonnet - that slight scratchy rough feeling is things like tar deposits that get flung up from the road. “Claying” the car will remove those and get the car lovely and smooth - especially important if your going to polish it. Design: So having used a clay bar before, this has the following benefits: • Its extremely hard to drop • About the same - or slightly easier to store • It won’t go “off” or hard unlike clay. • It is remarkably simple to clean contaminate off the glove and have it fresh for re-use. With clay, you can fold it over and over - but eventually you need to bin it. Use: Really simple. Again, if you haven’t flayed a car before then the secret is lots and lots of lubricant. Don’t waste money, Normal dish soap (as the yanks call it) or fairy washing up liquid mixed in a fairly strong concentration sprayed liberally on the surface is fine. Have lots there and just wipe in straight lines gently with little pressure. You can feel/hear when its gone smooth. And then, wipe dry and marvel at the difference. Longevity: This has already lasted a very very long time before I was in a position to use it. We’re talking way over a year. I’ve now used it for a few sections of the car, so not heavy use by any stretch but it seems that it should last well. However, if it does fall apart in a short period then as always I will update this review. Finally, 4 stars not 5? This is brilliant. Its just I havent used it heavily yet to give it full marks. I will undoubtedly return to update if it carries on as strongly.

Brilliant at getting contaminants out of car paint Lasted 2 summers of frequent washing

Quality and easy to use. Keep it watered and don’t run dry. The result is impressive and I’d say on par with traditional clay bar. Would highly recommend this clay alternative mitt.

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel this mitt warrants my opinion. This Mitt is brilliant, when you have dried the vehicle you could believe that you have polished the car. I highly recommend buying one, you won't regret it.

Utilizzato una sola volta, come prima impressione sembra un buon prodotto. Usato con il sapone del lavaggio, e dopo averlo passato sembra lasciare la carrozzeria più liscia.

Résultat identique à la clay argile mais en BEAUCOUP BEAUCOUP moins de temps. Je possède un break allemand et il faut 1 heure à la clay et 15 minutes avec ce gant!!! Le produit est très bien fini, c'est du sérieux. ATTENTION à bien utiliser un quick detailer pour lubrifier la surface. Dans l'ordre : lavage à la main, puis utilisation de ce gant sur voiture mouillée ou non.

Do yourself a favour and buy this, NEVER going to buy a claybar again after using this mitt. Just wash it off, chuck it back in the packet and store again for the next use. SOOO GOOD. The local auto stores (SCA,REPCO and Autobarn) don't stock anything even CLOSE to this good, they have only pricey claybars and pricey clay "pads" which are sort of similar to this except imagine it's like a kitchen sponge shape - silly! Just get the damn mitt, the stores are missing out on this product hard.

This will make you forget your conventional clay bar block very fast... around 15min to pass over a BMW 4-series. Super quick, super efficient
