Kids Globe Traffic Traffic Light

My austistic son is obsessed with traffic lights. He's played a lot with these the last 3 months and they still haven't broken. You push the button and the light changes from red to amber to green and vice versa. On the side at a right angle to the red/amber/green is a red/green man for a pedestrian crossing that goes on at the same time. It makes a beeping sound to count down the light change (pedestrian crossing). Just the right size for little boys to play with their matchbox cars.

First one was faulty. Second still doesn't work 100%.

I was so excited about this - my three year old son is car crazy and likes nothing more than building snaking trails of traffic around the house, bumper to bumper, nose to tail... so I thought what better than some traffic lights to control? And there is the problem. No control! I deliberated for an age as to whether it was best to get something that cycled through red, amber, green automatically or to get these, which allow the user to push a button and choose when to allow a green signal. I chose these - that way the lights could remain red for as long as it took him to create 20 foot of traffic chaos before being so kind as to give the first two cars in the line the joy of a green signal. Initially he was blown away. He set the lights to red and.... after about ten seconds they turn off. Press the button again, and they're amber, again for green and again back to red. Back to the traffic building - for ten seconds and they're off again. He looked at me and said "make it stay red". I told him I couldn't. And there ended his interest in the product. Such a shame as I would have thought the lights staying on was most of the appeal? Product looks good, well packaged etc but ultimately scored a bit fat zero from the person it was intended for, so just the one star...

It is Fantastic it is for a Train Set but I expect it will be used for all forms of cars,Bikes Lorry's Ext,Ext.It Has Red, Red Amber, Green on the Front To give it Sides & on the Left as Looking at itIt has 1/ Red & 1/ Green Lights so multi tasking , Which at 4 I Belive is a Good thing It looks as if it should Last a while I hate givring Gifts that Need Batter's but £ Land 10 for £1 they will Last a While I am going Back & Buy another One for Dads Lorrys

A little expensive for one. But it works well and is just like the real think

Son loved these. Especially the excessive noise they make. Thankfully real traffic lights are not so noisy

It came in it's original box but with obvious signs of previous usage. The tiny foil that should separate batteries before being used was removed and the batteries were drained off to the huge disappointment of my son.After wasting a good amount of time trying to find batteries locally, I had to order then and wait for another couple of days.Other than that the product in itself is ok, my son loves it as he is passionate about traffic lights at the moment.

My 3 year old boy loves this toy. He has a road mat as well and learns traffic and pedestrian rules and loves to control the lights. It is a fun useful and great for learning traffic vocabulary.
