These electrolyte tablets are really useful to keep around, especially during warmer weather, after exercise or whenever you feel a bit dehydrated. They're simple to use – just dissolve a tablet in water and it's ready within a few minutes. The blackcurrant flavour is pleasant and much nicer than I expected. It has a light, refreshing taste without being overly sweet or artificial, making it easy to drink throughout the day. The tablets dissolve well, and I like that they're low in calories while still providing essential electrolytes. The tube is compact enough to carry in a bag, making it convenient for travel, long journeys, workouts or keeping at work. I've found them particularly helpful after sweating a lot or when I need a bit of a hydration boost. A handy product that's easy to use and tastes good too.

I have a mixture of isues that meant that I drank a lot each day, but I was always deyhydrated and thirsty. I've tried a few rehydration drinks now and these are my favourite. They taste nice, are easily portable, don't require a lot of liquid (200ml only), and they contain sugar which is particularly useful first thing. Along with another sugar-free brand, these are doing me a lot of good. I haven't experienced any side effects from ORS, when other brands have made me feel unwell. I'd guess we all dehydrate slightly differently.

These are very good and give lots of energy and taste of blackcurrant where others don't. The only negative stopping me giving 5*'s is that they take a long time to dissolve.

I’ve tried loads of hydration tablets and most taste vile to me. So synthetic tasting. These in the blackcurrant though are the best tasting for my pallet at least. I actually enjoy drinking them. Not too sweet or overly flavoured. Of course they’re a little salty but that’s to be expected with this type of product. I always come back to these. I only buy when on offer ( under £5) though. As there are better ones out there in terms of extras like b12, magnesium etc ( these don’t contain any) but as far as the taste, these are brilliant. I fill a water bottle when I’m cycling and they do the trick perfectly 👏🏻

These don’t taste very nice and I don’t understand all the good reviews. The hydration is adequate it seems. But it requires two tablets per 200ml of water which is a lot, considering there are only 12 servings. I thought I would give these a go as they were on sale and rated well. However as with other tablets I’ve tried, you can taste the bitterness from the bicarbonate of soda that is required to dissolve it. Even though the blackcurrant flavor is nice, it’s overshadowed by the nasty bitter flavor of the fizzing agents. Wouldn’t buy these again and will stick to traditional powders.

Was soll das? Kommt aus England, okay, dann sollte aber gesagt werden das nochmal 8 Euro Zoll anfallen. Schlecht!!! Produkt an sich in Ordnung.

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
