Not advised for children. In fact, not advised at all. Vile stuff even in drinks to disguise the taste. Even this would be tolorable if it did not give me mouth blisters.

Q: Have just received a bottle of this and it has a very strong smell…is this usual. It is a yeast time smell so probably the vitamin b?

I had the same problem , and it was VERY EXTREME STINK . I had to throw it away ASAP . to me it’s not normal smell , I’ve used liquid b before other brands and it never smelt like that . B complex usually has an odour but not like what I had . If I were you I’d be cautious .
