Wont Pair via instructions alone - you need to know right procedure
Its a shame, its a neat looking device and I was hoping it would work but it simply wont pair with my Android phone! (And I've tried two; the Samsung S7 and HTC) . It shows as detected by my phone (so its transmitting) but when you try to pair it says "pairing rejected by Coospo". So I emailed the company asking for assistance but I didn't get a response or even an acknowledgement!. (which is why 1 star)Of course it may just be a faulty device and others may work, but when they cant be bothered to response my advice is to shop elsewhere. I am eligible for a refund through Amazon and the retailer.UPDATE:The company contacted me direct following the above review and explained the correct pairing procedure. IT MUST BE PAIRED THROUGH THE APP and NOT through ANDROID. ALSO IT MUST BE WORN when pairing (I new this as Android would not detect unless worn). I pointed out this information is not given in the leaflet nor is it available on the website. They have apologised and said they would try to fix this information. The device now paired works absolutely fine and so I have given 4 stars as it is very reliable but instructions and website FAQ / help are poor hence deduction of one star.

Ant+ ok, Bluetooth is problematic...
Is comfortable and works fine so far with Garmin edge on Ant+ (my main use), but originally no luck pairing to a number of android devices using Bluetooth - kept saying pairing rejected...The included instructions don't say this clearly, but it is only able to pair within the fitness app you use (not to the device directly) - I was successful in doing this with Runkeeper, but no luck doing same in Strava - it I can work that out I would give 5 stars.Strangely enough the instructions I downloaded off their Chinese only website, were much clearer!UPDATE: Strava did start picking up the device using BLE at some point (can be a little slow to find, but appears to work). Also, when I was disposing of the packaging, a little card fell out with much clearer instructions on pairing with phones! On the negative side the batteries only lasted a few months before needing replacement and the rubber for the sensor is starting to come away from the strap. So overall I think it is an OK device for the price - I don't expect it will last forever, but I am happy enough to keep my rating as four stars.

Some problems, but still worth five stars
Very happy with this, despite minor problems.I got this for a very specific purpose; to get Heart Rate to a phone and a watch at the same time, wearing a single device. The Bluetooth "pairs" to my Android 7.0 phone using Strava. The ANT+ "broadcasts" to both the phone and a Garmin FR60 watch without being "paired".It has never taken more than about 20 seconds to link to the phone, and often connects instantly. I have never had any gaps in the heart data on the phone; if either the Bluetooth or ANT+ has dropped out, it doesn't show. The ANT+ signal to the watch drops out frequently. However, when you press "mode" to go back to the heart rate page, it is picked up again immediately. The chest strap is on the narrow side, but comfortable, and easily adjustable. On runs more than a couple of hours, the strap connector does start to dig into the skin. I cover it with a spot of tape and it is fine.I'm giving this five stars because despatch was prompt, I am more than happy with the way it functions, and because I could have paid £££ more for something that does exactly the same job.

Not good with Garmin devices.
Synced with Garmin 1030 first time, worked twice after then doesn’t work now. Changed battery, still didn’t work.Tried with a friends device didn’t work.Disappointing.

Battery life seems poor
I didn't have any problems pairing with my Sony Experia Z3 Compact running Android 7.1. There is even a HR app which as well as your HR will tell you how much battery is left. Disappointingly this went from 96% to 83% in the course of one 2 hour bike ride.UPDATE: Although it went down to 83% in 2 hours, the next 15 hours have only taken it down to 76%. So not as bad as I first thought (although not brilliant) so I take it up from 2 to 3 stars

It's a nice entry level product that's accurate
Product is ok, however I could not connect it directly to my Google Pixel XL. However I could connect through the Samsung fit app. This is also where the issue is. When selecting an exercise to use with the heart monitor, it does not always connect or straight away.Sometimes it takes a couple attempts before it connects. One other thing I noticed, when I went to a tech gym it did not connect at all, which I guess would have been down to other Bluetooth interference. It's a nice entry level product that's accurate, although the fiddling around to connect gets annoying when you just want to get on with a work out.

Functional but a bit basic
ProsUnlike the previous Coospo i bought this actually works, was able to pair with android phones (Huawei and HTC tested) and with bike gps (Bryton)Accurate readingComfortable strap, no rubbing or marksWaterproof, not tested it for immersion but it is still going strong after lycra was soaked throConsCan't rename it's bluetooth address, meaning that it is sometimes very hard to pair, especially at mass events

Grrrr....!
It would have saved me an hour trying everything to pair with various watches, downloading instruction manuals, tearing my remaining hair out... if they had mentioned in the instructions that there was a small piece of plastic under the battery which had to be removed before it worked!!😬
