Reflex Creapure is the Rocky Balboa of creatine monohydrate powders!
I’ve been taking this brand of Creapure, on and off, for many years. In fact after a 4 year hiatus from the gym, I recently made the mistake of buying some normal creatine monohydrate powder from another supplement company.Anyway, the problem with myself and normal creatine monohydrate powder is it always causes digestive issues such as bloating and diarrhoea, whereas Creapure doesn’t.With Creapure I always reap the benefits of creatine - increased performance, great muscle pump and the ability to hammer out a couple of extra reps.In conclusion, Reflex Creapure is a trusted, reliable product which mixes well, is guaranteed to deliver noticeable results, and offers a quality product for an affordable price.

Best vegan creatine on the market
This is the best vegan creatine I have ever tried. It mixes well, it is effective without bloating, the cost for the size is excellent.

Helps me train longer and look more toned
I've always loved taking this creatine supplement and I have repeatedly purchased this product.I like the unflavoured powder, as I can add it to soups / drinks of my own choice. My favourite are making my own smoothies at home, and blending in the creatine. It mixing in nicely, and the results are pretty quick. For me the downside is, creatine seems to flare up my acne after 1 week of use. I know that the supplement itself isn't meant to have a direct side effect of skin problems. However, I have read numerous articles that creatine can increase levels of DHT, which is a hormone that has been connected to acne.It is really upsetting for me, as I end up loving how my arms look once I take creatine and I feel a boast of energy when training, but then I end up depressed about spotty I look.I would recommend this supplement for it's effective results, but may not be ideal for those who are acne prone.

Good so far.
I did not expect so much product in this container in comparison to how much you are expected to use daily. I may not need to purchase it again for a number of months.I have used the old discontinued Maximuscle Creatine or Cretamax before. That came in a nice orange flavoured powder and I saw results from it immediately and other people noticed it as well. I only bought it once and stopped training a few months later.Fast forward 3 years and I am trying to take it all seriously again. I have done as much research as I could and this Creatine seems to fit my requirements. I have had this product for over a week now. The powder alone doesn't really taste of anything so mixing and consuming it with some juice isn't an issue.I haven't followed the loading process religiously but I will maintain the one a day requirements. So far, I haven't noticed a significance in looks or performance that I would credit to the product. Rather my body reacts very well and quickly to weight training, but if this product helps in the process it will still be worth it.I have noticed the tingling feeling across my body a few times 30 minutes into my work out.I am aware of the links between creatine and hair loss/thinning so I will be keeping an eye on this as the months pass.

Creapure
Does as expected. Personally I find that creapure mixes best in liquids compared to regular monohydrate. At this size it’s good value too.

Just know what you're getting
I bought this brand of creatine because I had previously used a cheaper brand that had given me a rash on my arms and legs. I found that I did not get a rash with this brand and I think perhaps this is because the powder is much finer and doesn't clump as much as the one I had before. Now this was the first time (this and the previous brand together) that I had tried creatine and I have used it for around 6 months in cycles of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. This coupled with some research I have done has led me to the following conclusions:What creatine monohydrate does is give you the appearance of having larger muscles. It moves water from elsewhere in your body and pumps it into you muslces to make you look bigger. I would argue that it does not actually make your muscles bigger or help you train harder, longer or lift heavier. I believe peaople who say that it does are just pushing themselves harder expecting the creatine to work. What it did for me was make me feel very tired and lethargic when trying to do other excersises besides weight training. I also train in martial arts and I was really struggling keeping up with the others and I think this was down to being dehydrated from the creatine. I noticed that in my 2 weeks off I began to feel fitter and get back to my normal self, then after a week or so of being back on the product again - I'd go back to being too slow and week to keep up.I have read about many athletes that used to take creatine before they knew better. I have also read about many actors who take creatine when appearing in an action movie or something like that. A good example if Robert Downey Junior, he takes creatine to be on screen for the Iron Man movies. This is an ideal use for creatine as it only give you the appearance of being bigger and does not make you fitter or stronger. So, if you're looking just to look good in some holiday snaps this summer or soemthing like that, by all means get on the creatine to buff you up a bit. But if you are trying to persistantly get stronger and fitter: do it the old fashioned way.
