Gutermann Extra-Strong Thread, Beige Bone 0722, 100 m

This thread was perfect for sewing a fringe onto my rug. I'm glad I didn't use any of my existing sewing thread, this thread is in another league, very strong and perfect for the job.

Very strong thread that did a wonderful job mending heavy duty cushion covers by hand after my adorable pooch finished playing with them🙀. No question of it breaking as I had to put a lot of tension on it while invisibly mending. Other threads broke easily even when doubled up but this one was used as a single thread 👏👏👏

The thread itself is not bad. For what you pay you get plenty. And it is fairly strong. Would buy again but not for anything heavy duty

Love this stuff. Comes in very large and generous spools, no shred, very little lint, and looks gorgeous! I use it for both piecing and quilting, and it blends nicely into the design of the quilt fabric so it doesn't distract.
