I use this to make a Mexican dish called Pork Pibil. A chain of restaurants named Wahacca gives you a recipe card or you can find it on web.My son loves this and the Anchiote paste is a critical ingredient when making this.If you love Mexican food I would recommend you make this dish.

After a recent trip to Mexico touring through the Yucatan and Quintana Roo the flavour of anetto was something I was hooked on, whether the delicious pastor or conchinita pibil. I brought a block of this back with me but managed to get through it a bit quick! I was soo happy to see this multipack for a decent price. Exactly the same stuff as I’d brought out there, bringing those stunning flavours of Mexico to the gloomy Uk.Highly recommend as a paste for marinating ahead of making tacos or slow roasting conchinita pibil

Beware.... It's made with Genetically Modified Corn

Didn’t like the way it looked - but I’m not a chef. Would have preferred to buy just one to try out. The product is hard to find locally so that’s why I tried to source online. Didn’t actually use any. Looked highly concentrated product - probably for a cook who knows the type and quality needed for authentic dishes.
