I would say these are on the soft side, rather than a medium firmness. I might be imagining it but they seem quite small too.Nevertheless, if you like a soft pillow .. I would certainly consider these. Delivery was quick as promised.

Excellent pillows. Bought for my mother after she suffered neck pain. They are very soft so wouldn’t suit everyone but brought great relief to her.

Good quality pillows, much softer then I would of thought but still helps with a good night sleep. Would do with some more filling inside to be suitable for my liking but other then that good value for money pillows which keep it's shape retention! Doesn't really support your head unless you have 2 stacked together.

I don't know how they got 6 in the bag.....but they did! Good cheap soft pillows. They never last me ages but for the price for 6 they are good so I can replace them when I want and have a more expensive support pillow underneath. Good for if you need a nice soft pillow.

Initially when the pillows came they were flat so I was quite hesitant, but then I realised many companies do this for packaging ect. I’m very picky with pillows just for reference.But when I got the pillows out and fluffed them up they were perfect. I used them last night, with my old pillows I got them from a bed shop they were heavy and the filling inside felt like cotton balls and I would always have neck pain, I have fibroids so I get a lot of back pain, but just with these two silent night firm pillows they helped alleviate my neck and back pain!I was very shocked when I picked a single one of these silent night firm pillows up, they feel so light compared to the ones I have now! These silent night firm pillows are so worth it! I hope they never discontinue, I’ll only buy these in future!!The price was a little high, it may be cheaper elsewhere but I’m a prime customer and needed new pillows quickly so Amazon it was!I like pillows to be soft but also not too soft so there’s no support and these pillows live up to my expectations, and fluffing them back up they feel brand new so the bounce back is amazing!Appearance wise it’s standard, lightweight, fluffy and firm.Service was fast as always as I’m a prime customer, got it the next day.
