What are the outside dimensions of 20" carry on bag?

It is 19 inches tall, from bottom of wheels to the top of the handle (not extended), 15 inches wide and 8.5 inches deep.

what are the inside packing dimensions? please only answer if you know

Need clear answer on the height of the carry on. States 22”. Is that with wheels ? Case is 22” plus wheels. Or a 20” case plus wheels for total 22”

I bought the 15 inch, so I checked the Amazon item site. Those measurements were listed as 18” x 14.9” x 9”. Since mine is a ‘15” ‘, I would assume the actual measurements are larger than 20”. Click-on the suitcase you want and it will tell you, I would believe, the actual measurements.(probably WITH the wheels).
