can horsefields have this?

i wouldnt no. red footed tortoises need more humidity as they need a vivarum as there habitat. horsefields dont like humidity hense being kept in a tortoise table with open top so this releases the humidity . i use sand and pallets as substrate as thats what we were recommended by the breeder. hope this helps
