Sumaagadham Spices Cinnamon Sticks 200 Grams

Used in Indian cooking and perfect for the job. Lots in the packet (which is resealable) and the product looks just like the photo posted in the description.

The sticks arrived promptly, well packed and whole i.e. not broken. I grind my own cinnamon in small batches as per need to avoid loosing flavour. The only thing was the sticks were extremely hard to break up into small enough pieces for grinding, but I guess that is the nature of the item and does not detract from the quality or the service of speedy delivery, hence the five stars. I simply put them in a small, strong, clean piece of cloth and whacked them into small pieces with a rolling pin and then put them into the grinder. The result was perfect.

very good quality. I made powder. very strong in taste, and aroma. I crush it first, with a cloth round it in a padded envelope, than bang it with a hammer also purchased from amazon its such a good idea as the stick would brake a blade of the coffee grinder. Personal opinion is the produce from Ceylon is better. The other pkt I bought is produce of USA and is not so good.

For just over a fiver, I got a packet of cinnamon sticks containing what must be dozens of sticks. The pack is resealable, though I will probably store them in a jar for long term use. The sticks are a nice rich brown colour, not the insipid colour that a lot of supermarket-bought cinnamon can be - though I have no idea whether this makes a difference to the taste. Yes, it's true that quite a few of the sticks have broken in packet, but I don't see that this makes much difference, and when you compare this with buying a jar of perhaps three sticks from the supermarket for about two quid, this is a deal that you can't beat.

Wow - 200 grams of cinnamon sticks is a big bag - great value. These are going to be used to decorate my door wreath that I'm making this year. The smell is just Christmas in a bag.

I was disappointed with these they are not as in the picture, I can use them but won't be buying again, thought they were going to be a uniform shape and size but I got all sorts of shapes and sizes

So, I purchased these for crafting purposes and I shouldn't have. They were too thin and I was unable to put holes in them. The wider ones had large gaps underneath so were unusable. The scent didn't last so I used them for cooking, and they had a good flavour. I should have bought proper crafting ones.

Look good quality but i am struggling to say anything more. Unfortunately No flavour or smell.
