Can't yet comment on the effectiveness, first time using 'toe yoga'. However, given the price I think it's good. Can't imagine there is much difference between this and one that costs £20/30.

I love these toe stretchers.I have very wide feet and in spite of having worn wide sensible shoes all my life I have developed bunions, thankfully not too extreme or painful, in later life.I bought these toe stretchers to try and arrest the invasion of the bunions. I practice yoga and I've seen other students wearing them in class. Yoga practitioners believe stretching the feet improves general health.I use them in the mornings, doing a bit of yoga at home, and in the evenings watching TV.I doubt they can cure bunions, which to be fair they don't claim to do, but they do stretch the feet and relieve the pain.Good price - trendy manufacturers charge nearer £40 than £4. They are marked 'L' and 'R' in raised lettering. The flat side goes under your feet and the rounded side on top. They can be put on quite easily by those like me with a visual disability, with the same amount of practice as someone with sight would need - a bit fiddly at first but you, and your feet, get used to it.

Not sure whether to give these Dr Rogo Toe Stretchers 1 or 2 stars....here's my experience: after applying some talcum powder I was able to slip my toes through the openings. But was unable to keep them on for more than a few minutes as the toe stretchers stretched my toes out to such an abnormal degree, it was literally too painful to keep them on. The toes are stretched out to such a degree for each toe, that it occurred to me that these may be more useful for ladies wanting to paint there toe nails, but for any practical use as a toe straightener, for me anyway, they were completely useless! I gave it two stars, as I imagine that for applying nail polish they may be of some use, and see that some have even given 4 and 5 star ratings...I can't help but wonder if they have a different product to what I received...or perhaps they have giant-size feet! Either way, the product I received is not a product I can recommend

I like the toe stretch but I wish I took the reviews seriously... They really are big holes! I have quite hubby toes but even I found that the holes were too large Which makes it almost impossible to keep in while sleeping.I found people saying that the rubber was too sticky which meant they couldn't wear these to sleep however I coated mine in talcum powder which eradicated this sticky grippy situation -I cannot deny the benefits I have felt in just a few days of stretching my toes. I am definitely a convert in toe stretching - however it does sadden me that the holes are just too big!!

Probable should not have bought this although does what it says

I only received these at the weekend, so early days. I popped them on for about half an hour, and I have to say - feet felt great after. I am leaving them on my hallway stairs to remind me to pop them on after my day at work. Very prompt delivery.

I am very happy with purchase.I suffer with claw toes due to parkinsons, I sit with the toe stretchers on they give a lot of comfort to me .I recommend them to any one who has any problems with toes .

My husband had to put these on for me, they really do stretch your toes though!
