I’m happy I bought these. I needed narrow ones to go in my Zara boots & ballerina pumps and these fit in easily. In terms of depth, there thin in a positive way - I feel grounded in these when walking (I’ve tried other thicker foam ones & my feet & ankles didn’t feel supported or natural, I felt way to off the ground). I think I could of gone up one size in these so I’d either say choose your size or go one up if you want a slighter longer insole. I suffer from supination (bearing goes on the outer of feet) & could only find ones for pronation but these make my ankles feel more stable & aligned so I’m hopeful they might help here too. I have erosions in metatarsal joints on both feet due to rheumatoid arthritis & wearing these really does help lessen the pain & the amount of painkillers. Just to note they are hard orthotic insoles (like medically prescribed ones) so can take a bit of getting use to, especially if your use to soft insoles, but I’d highly recommend them!

Theses are nice and soft house I feel the instep arch could be more firmer with more height as it is fairy soft and flattens after only a few full time daily wearing . They did and gave pain relief but now need another pair that are more supportive in the arch . But a great starter for me

These have corrected my pronation where my feet go inwards, my knees no longer knock together when I walk. Sizing is accurate. Comfortable. They won't last years, probably will need a new pair after about 6 months but for the price and quality I am very happy with them.

These are absolutely amazing! Total comfort for my poor flat feet as soon as I popped them into my shoes. I have moved them to several different shoes and trainers and the fit is perfect.Honestly they have made a 100% difference with my feet. I have now been able to walk without heel pain and associated back problems.Cheap as chips too! Also nice colour-I chose the pink :)Totally recommend them!

Tried as a remedy for painful PF with limited result. They did help and persuaded me to look for something better.

Great product. Nice and slim inside shoes. Have ordered many pairs of these Pro II inserts over the years and they never disappoint. For me, they completely eliminate the pain of plantar faciitis. They last for years too so are worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Been in pain for months with plantar fasciitis.Tried these and felt instant relief. Within days, my foot pain's gone completely.Still using them as they feel lovely and supportive.I like the way they're compact and a good fit. Very comfortable and good value.

So disappointed with these and sellers response to me concerns about them making my feet and tendons sore. I was told they need to be worn an hour at a time to break them? They are not much thicker than cardboard and have no softness to them. It actually felt like I had pebbles in my shoes. They are short so you can't get them in position well. I won't be wearing them again and not sure how anyone could say they are good for your arches or feet in general
