If you are implying " does it gives you blackheads" Then no, I doubt it will, as lond as you wash your regularly, It is a bit like a Vaseline textur soap that you can work into a lather with water, then clean your skin with it and it will moisturize at the same time!! I do use it on the edge of my scalp because I suffer from dry skin there!
