Manufacturing fault on handle. Replacement ordered direct from Dotts music
I really like the message but disappointed with the mug - there is a manufacturing fault on the handle which looks like it could break easily. Returning to Amazon & hope the next one I order is not defective. What a pity no one checks the quality before these are shipped to customers.I re-ordered directly from Dotts music & have now received a perfect mug. Delivery just as prompt as Amazon prime. Thank you - my young engineer is now thoroughly delighted...and so is his Mum 😃
