Q: For an 11 year old would you recommend a child or adult size?

Hi there, I'm 23, 5 foot 2 and weight about 53 kilograms and I bought a child size and it's worked beautifully for me. I don't think the adult size would fit as comfortably around my neck and shoulders.

It all depends how big your neck measurers. I would measure it then contact the seller. But, in general it's good to have more because you can position it over the side of the collar neck pillow and rest your head. Also remember you can position the cushion on the side of head or back of head to help you rest. Hope this helps.

As it’s adjustable and bendy you can go for the small and it’ll still work even if it’s a ‘small fit’ it’s a very good item and I used it on a 19 hour flight which was such a help.
