DEWALTDWST1-72364 T-STAK Foam Inlay, Dark Grey

As a dedicated DeWalt product, it's no surprise that the fit is perfect.Pick and pluck is not my favourite, but this is exceptionally strong. They can easily grip 1.5kg tools in the case and I couldn't shake them loose!A bit pricey, so I bought this on a deal.

These are brilliant. They fit T-Stack boxes perfectly so that you can tailor the interior of your box to fir anything, already cut to shape on the outside with pre-scored "pluck pods" inside to make shaping easier. Cheaper than buying a full sheet of tool tray inlay foam and much easier to use.

These are good. Easy to cut and reasonably priced.There is a base piece of dense foam that is about 20 mm thick, a second piece that is about 30mm thick. The larger piece has the "pop out" squares that you can remove to suit the tool you are fitting.My only one criticism, they are too shallow. The space between the foam and the lid of the case is so great that it allows many things to fall out and then rattle about the case. There should be one more layer of foam. What would also help, if there was a piece that fitted the roof of the case.You can use carpet tape to hold everything in place, although it's tight enough that in most circumstances it won't move.My recent exploit was to foam up a case for a DCN680N and believe me that was a real Blue Peter job, but it worked, and saved a lot of money over buying the correct case.Good effort, DeWalt.

I bought this for an impact driver I bought without a box. I then bought a box without any inserts so bought the foam insert. After working out that the foam is in two halves and the one without the squares sits in the bottom of the box, it was simple to outline the tool on the foam with the squares then cut and push out the required squares and I ended up with an almost perfect shape in which my impact driver sits snug and secure. Very impressed!

Maybe slightly pricey but it’s good quality .Overall I’m pleased with no complaints about price in fact quite pleased

Bought this to try and fit a dewalt jigsaw and multi tool in the same box, this didn’t work however. Ended up in the bin. I think the preformed boxes or plastic molds are better than these foam inserts.

Makes the case nice snd neat. Easy to use.

My finished padding isn't perfect but it definitely holds my jigsaw in place. Unfortunately, I don't possess a foam cutter, so I resorted to a kitchen knife sharpened several times. Drew around the tool and accessory and started chopping. A bit awkward, but by taking it slowly, it hasn't come out too bad. Used superglue to keep it in place in the box and added a couple of off cuts on the lid to stop any free movement when I carry it. All in all, pretty simple to do, and definitely does the job.

Great fit, drill, charger and batteries have a snug fit as long as you trace your tool properly before cutting. Use a long straight blade to cut all the way through it works perfectly. I watched a video made the job so much easier. I love this foam insert. I would buy again in a heartbeat.
