Anyone has noticed any improvement on preventing grey hair?
What does chelated mean? Does it matter... Does this affect the amount absorbed etc ?

Not everyone can breakdown and digest copper and other similar substances… Seek medical advice if you feel nauseous (like I have), and stop taking the same.

A good copper supplement
The quality of Solar supplements is always good. This copper supplement is no different. I have bought this supplement very many times in the past; and I have always been pleased with my purchases. These tablets are particularly easy to swallow, which is not always the case with copper supplements. I recommend this product.

It's no fault of the product that I stopped taking it.
OK, but I read that taking copper has serious risks, so it's no being taken at the moment.

Not sure how but it is working for me.
I had some private tests done and I was shown to be deficient in copper. I began taking these supplements and within a few weeks my previous painful knees are feeling great. I have gone from not sleeping due to knee pain and in agony going down the steps and every morning putting frozen peas on my knees to only a slight pain every now and again within the day. I have suffered with knee pain for over 5 years. This is the only thing I have been taking different. The inflammation has gone down not red and swollen anymore. I did not intend to take these to help my knees but glad I did. This is my experience and I understand everyone is different.
