Fits 2 10 litre water containers or my big laptop backpack full of work junk. In fact it holds more than I am currently fit enough to carry and is very sturdy. Couldn't for the life of me work out the fittings though, so used cable ties and called it done. Might get the front one too. Good value for money and I imagine could attach to any rack.

Perfect for e-bike

This item actually arrived a lot earlier than expected, nice but then it turns out it's only up the road from me any way! It's actually labled just 'Adie' not Raleigh, not that that makes any difference. It's black plastic coated wire and measures approx 36cm long x 22cm high x 22.5cm wide at the bottom and 25.5cm wide at the top, as it has a slightly bigger opening at the top. The chamfered open end is ideal and I suggest best for fitting to the front, under the seat overhang. It comes with 2 x pairs on flat black painted steel plates plus nuts/bolts/washers for fixing it to a cycle rack, that are pre-drilled with 1 x pair of holes per bracket. I did find that the holes in the fixings brackets were in the wrong place for my rack (ie too wide), so be prepared for some drilling, I also added a spring washer after fitting each nut/bolt/washer, to reduce the likelyhood of it working it's way loose! I also found it didn't quite sit on my rack as flat as I would of liked, as my rack curves up at both the front and rear, so be ready for some adjustments if your rack isn't totally flat! I've maked it down a star as I would of expected a second pair of pre-drilled holes for the fixing brackets!

Great sturdy basket at a very good price in comparison to others. I used Velcro cable ties that can be bought on Amazon to secure it to my folding electric bike, as I wanted a quick release so as to be able to fold my bike easily. I had initially thought it may not fit my bike rack as the rack is quite short in length, but it fit perfectly. The only negative is that it took around 10 days to arrive even though it was supposedly dispatched straight away and I had been informed by the delivery service they had been notified they were about to receive the package. It was over a week before the delivery service told me they’d received the package. I’m about to order another basket for my husband’s bike, if the same thing happens again I’m inclined to think the seller doesn’t dispatch when they say they have. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend buying this basket.

Great sized little basket. Got it to go on the back of my e bike, as all it had was a rack. I used bungy cords to attach it to my bike, thought it would be more practical. Very useful item indeed. Roomier than you would imagine, and quite deep. Sturdy and nice quality. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent, good-for-value product. It is sturdy but not heavy. It was very easy to fit to the rear pannier on my folding e-bike. All the fittings were included and the bolts provided were plenty long enough (perhaps the manufacturers have responded to previous buyers' comments!). It is big enough to hold one or two bags of shopping but not too huge to look unsightly. Probably it is worthwhile buying a cargo-net or some bungees to keep your shopping secured on the way home - especially if you have speed-humps to ride over, as I do. As other buyers have done, I have attached a rear light/reflector (see my other reviews) to the back end of the basket as it would obscure the light in its original position (you may need a backplate to do this - luckily I had a spare). Overall, a great product worthy of five stars.

I bought this in 2022 and installed it on a bike that gets used once or twice per week for a short commute. I noticed today that many of the wires have snapped near where it sits on the rack. So it was good while it lasted but is not very durable.

I've had this on the back of my 20" folding ebike for six months now and I'm very happy with it. Plenty big enough for a decent couple of days' shopping and very convenient. Used it a few times carrying gear to and from my gigs - three or four desktop synthesisers, a small multi fx unit, a notepad mixer and all the necessary cables and power supplies can fit in there easily, it's sturdy enough to manage them and I don't have to carry anything on my back. That's a lot of value for eleven quid.
