Love it!
Made my first lot of doughnuts in this today. I used the recipe that came with it, (on the inside of the cardboard sleeve) and they are scrumptious. Very yummy. Although the recipe said it makes 12 I got 18 out of it. I buttered and floured the tin very well before hand including the centre piece, each batch I made. I watched the Barefoot Contessa make baked doughnuts the other week which is why I purchased the tin and she said a handy tip was when they come out of the oven to quite firmly tap the bottom of the tray onto the work surface to loosen them from the tin. I did this and it worked they came out really easily, and were not stuck at all. As the recipe is from the US you need to convert, I have cup measurements so that wasn't a problem but tablespoon of butter was as it is marked on the packaging in the US. I found a conversion site and got the UK equivalents. it is 30g butter, buttermilk was measured using a jug and although it said 2 eggs, I added 3 as for some reason US eggs are huge.

Yes, I
I love this donut baking tray and I have made donuts every single day since I got it last week. It takes me only 20 minutes to make 6 delicious gluten free donuts. The size of the donut is close to a shop bought size so I am glad I opted for the 6 ring size. I have made them with cinnamon sugar and also icing and sprinkles. This tray is sturdy, cleans easily and cooks perfect donuts in the oven.

What a good idea
Perfect - I used the recipe on the packaging, using American cup measures. Flora spray = no stick result. The mixture gave me more than the recipe said, and the cetnre holes had filled in a little over the top.... so I'll be less liberal with portions next time. I rolled in cinammon and sugar. which were lovely served with stewed apple in the centre and ice cream, a perfect dessert. Very light, and slight new baked crunch as you bite, a little on the dry side on their own (but then doughnuts are? although deep fried donuts can more readily go solo as the fat counters the dryness.......) PS: I also froze some them, then when needed, zapped them in a hot oven for 5 minutes to freshen up, still lovely. Looking forward to trying different recipes. Am not putting in the dishwasher, though - too many bad experiences with baking trays going rusty!

Doughnut Tin
This is a tin of good quality, sturdy and built to last. It comes with a basic recipe which I have used and tweaked, and they come out very well. I have noticed with the recipe (or this sort of baked doughnut) you have to take them out slightly before you would think normally for a cake, very squishy but nearly bounce back fully. Then they will firm up as they cool, and your doughnut won't be dry.The non-stick is lasting marvellously, and shows no sign of wear. The only thing which has been a little annoying, is filling them. To avoid getting mixture all over the pan, I've resorted to used a little jug. However, I was thinking of getting some piping equipment (as that will probably be perfect) and it's probably just the push I need. All in all, I love my doughnut tin. And everyone around me now looks forward to them. Well worth the investment to anyone who loves baking!

Good product, works well.
Ordered this product after seeing one like it on 'The Barefoot Contessa', an American cookery programme. My order arrived yesterday and I made oven baked doughnuts yesterday. The tin worked very well non stick, easy removal. The oven-baked doughnuts were just as good as the fried. Would have perhaps liked a recipe with it, but used the American one (more difficult because of the use of cups/ half cups.) However no criticism of the product. Lynda M.

Nice size
Needed a dog-nut tray for the missus as she is coeliac and we struggle to fine nice gluten free doughnuts so this purchase was perfect. The tray is very solid indeed and the non stick works perfectly and I've used it to make bagels as well and they turn out perfectly in the moulds as they are a very good size.. Just make sure to wash it before you use it for the first time.

Perfect for homemade donuts
I’ve wanted to have a go at making my own Keto donuts and wanted a smaller size pan for it and this was the perfect size.I did spray non stick spray in before putting the mix in but I don’t think I would’ve needed it as it seemed to have a nice non stick finish, but I’m a worry wort and for my first ever batch wanted them to slip out effortlessly. They did, and the donuts cooked really evenly as well so I’m really happy with it.Cleaning was fine, I’ll keep hand washing it as I find that dishwashers tend to remove non stick coatings over time but it took no time to hand wash anyway as nothing stuck to it. Perfect.
