L'Oreal Professionnel Silver Shampoo 250ml

Fantastic product. I have used it 4 times now and feel that i can give an honest and realistic review of the shamphoo. I have natural blonde hair and have never dyed it before. I now have silver hair around the hairline at the front and sides. I still have quite a lot of blonde, but it was going a rather nasty brassy colour. After looking at the reviews i decided to go for this product. I was a bit shocked at first, when i realised it was purple in colour and was apprehensive at the thought of using it as i didn't want my hair to turn blue or purple. The first time i used it, i left it in for only 1 minute, but in that time, i did think some of the brassy blonde had toned down slightly. The second ti e i used it i left it in for 2 minutes. Again i noticed a reduction in the brassy blonde colour. The third time i used it i left it in for 5 minutes and wow. The silver in my hair really stood out, and was very vibrant. The brassy blonde had toned down even more. The fourth time i used it i left it in for 10 minutes. The silver stands out even more and the brassy blonde colour is all gone. I now have much lighter blonde coloured hair that blends in totally with the silver in my hair giving it a much more natural look. This product is amazing and i will continue to use it. As others have said, i would recommend using a good quality conditioner to ensure that your hair does not become dry. My hair feels wonderful and i just love the colour that my hair now has. I bought the 250ml bottle to start with, but i will buy the bigger and much more ecconomical sized one next time, and there will be a next time. This shamphoo has made a huge differance to my hair. And it hasn't made my hair turn blue or purple either. Enjoy.

Looking for a hair product to remove the yellow tones from my bleached hair. This is the best product I have found. Very purple in bottle, don't leave on for too long - I got a touch of the Kelly Osbourne's from leaving the lather on whilst I was soaking in the bath, but used regularly abs. fabulous. Bit drying, but again I like that because it gives my hair body. Highly recommended.

This product is amazing!! It works so well, my hair had ombré in and it’s blonde and this shampoo makes it bright makes it still alive and defines the colour back!! I highly recommend this shampoo it’s really amazing! People just need to realise it doesn’t always work on all hairs. This is a spasifc shampoo.

i know this shampoo is designed for the older lady (or gent) who has slivery white hair and wants to make it look its best, but this shampoo can be the best friend of any one who likes to bleach or highlight their hair! if, like me, you know a few basics in hair colouring, then you'll know that it can be hard to get those nice golden to white tones in your hair when bleaching or highlighting it especially when going from really dark hair, and the end result can look brassy and yellow (AKA cheap and nasty!). Well anyone who has ever looked at a colour wheel (google it) will know that the opposite of yellow is purple! in steps this purple shampoo. its great for banishing those unwanted yellow and brassy tones and leaves you with the bright looking blond you were hoping for! i originally bought this on recommendation from my hair dresser when i wanted to dye my hair grey/silver, as is the fashion now. i found it very hard to keep the colour once it was what i wanted and thought i had to bleach my hair over and over just to get the colour i wanted. but when i got this id have my hair bleached every so often and a every few days i would leave this shampoo on for a bit and wash it off and it would always magically banish the yellow away without more bleaching and with out any left over purple tint. hope this is helpful and highly recommended product.

Although this is a very nice shampoo, I have only given it three stars as it has not made any difference to the grey in my hair. Maybe I am expecting too much of a shampoo, but I was hoping it would have brightened the grey in my salt and pepper hair. Have not found it dried my hair out but gave done as others suggested and washed once with my normal shampoo and once with this.

After making a common mistake with lightening dark roots I was left with the dreaded orange tinge. After much googling I decided to take a chance on this product. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't tried purple shampoo before. My husband was also very sceptical...... I'll get to the point.... it works! I have used it once and left it in for 15 minutes. No dryness, and the brassy colour has cooled down. I will do another round if it and I'm sure it'll cool further. It's worth a try before dashing off to hairdressers! Great value for money x

I bought this for my mother, who has lovely silver grey hair, but at times - perhaps because it is quite course - it can look quite dull. My hairdresser explained how the purple/blue colour of this product counteracts the yellowing of blonde/grey/silver hair and she demonstrated on a colour chart how it worked. I don't know about opposite colours, etc., but I do know that after using this for just one application, Mum's silver was shining brightly again and the yellowish tinge was gone. Tip: My hairdresser said it was best to shampoo with 50% of this and 50% of your regular shampoo just in case your hair is very porous. It can be a little startling when you see the vivid blue colour, but it rinses out and you won't be left with even a hint of a 'blue tint'.

This product does fo what it states but I found it dried my hair out, and I didn't use it past the first bottle.

J'ai pas mal de cheveux blancs et j'avais des restes de teintures blondes. J'ai décidé d'arrêter mais entre le côté terne des premiers et l'aspect foin c'est pas terrible. J'ai trouvé ce shampooing magique. Mes cheveux blonds retrouvent leur ton naturel et ne sont plus jaunes et les blancs sont plus brillants. Du coup ça donne un aspect plus balayage que bicolore. Je l'ai fait testé à ma mère qui elle a les cheveux tout blancs mais par endroit franchement jaunes, en trois shampooing, effet déjaunissant impressionnant. Par contre elle trouve que cela lui dessèche terriblement les cheveux donc prévoir un soin après. En ce qui me concerne aucun problème de sècheresse. Après l'avoir utilisé cinq fois de suite, j'alterne maintenant avec mon shampooing habituel (une fois sur trois ou quatre).

Wer einen Gelbstich im (gefärbt) blonden Haar hat und diesen los werden möchte ist mit diesem Produkt absolut gut beraten! [Es ist ursprülich für graues/weißes Haar gedacht aber lassen Sie sich nicht davon beirren, wenn Sie dieses auf der Verpackung lesen ;) ] Ich habe vor L'OREAL Silver Shampoo einige andere diverse "Silber Shampoos" getestet. Entweder es hat ewig gedauert bis man ein einigermaßen ausreichendes Ergebnis sehen konnte oder es hat garnichts gebracht. Dann wurde mir dieses Produkt empfohlen. Anwendung ist klar- wie ein Shampoo ;D - einfach, je nach dem, erst mal 3-5 Minuten einwirken lassen und erstmal schauen (Jeder Kopf und jedes Haar ist ja verschieden ;) . Ich gebe mal ein Beispiel: Meine Cousine verwendete dieses Shampoo mehr oder weniger "versehentlich". Sie ließ es ca 20min einwirken (während dem Beiiine rasieren etc). Sie hatte wasserstoff-blondes Haar. Anschließend waren ihre Haare stark grau/silbrig!! (ungewünscht, aber um den Effekt gerade darstellen zu wollen). Nach gewünschtem Ergebnis eines schönen aschblond/graublond am besten auuch oder abwechselnd mit normalem Shampoo die Haare waschen. Bei ausschließlicher Verwendung von L'Oreal werden die Haare sonst, wie bei meiner Cousine, eher silbrig (es sei denn man hätte es gerne so) ;) Viel Spaß :) !

Das Silbershampoo ist super und verleiht den Haaren in nur wenigen Minuten ein tolles blond ohne golden auszusehen, lässt man es länger einwirken hat man einen tollen Graustich, bei zu langer Einwirkzeit wird es allerdings leicht lila. Das spült sich aber nach 1x waschen auch wieder aus. Es gibt leider nur 4 Sterne weil das Produkt sehr austrocknet, was aber wahrscheinlich unvermeidbar ist. Jedoch wäre es schöner wenn die Farbe dann wenigstens länger anhalten würde, damit man das Shampoo nicht jeden Tag benutzen muss.
