My go to remedy
I've been using these (alternating between version a and b) for years for constipation. I find them much gentler than other laxatives. No cramping or urgent running to the loo. Just gently brings my bowels back to a normal rhythm.

don't bother...
I bought this product as a part of the famous diet that combines acai berry capsules with a colon cleanser. I had read only THE best comments about this compination and I MUST tell you NOT to bother at all!! It does ABSOLUTELY nothing, NOTHING!! I am a thin person, I put on and lose weight very easily, I worked out a lot in the past -nowadays I occasionally work out, but I do ride the bike everyday- and in other words I believe that I was (am) the right candidate to try anything concerning weight loss, because it would simply... work (due to the factors I already mentioned)! I wanted to lose 3-4 pounds, which is extremely feasible, but THE PRODUCT DIDN'T DO A N Y T H I N G!! I did not feel that I was being supported by anything, the weight loss progress was not at all accelerated and I remind you that I was eating VERY carefully. Honestly spend your money on something else (I don't now, a cellulite cream or something..) but not on this. Also, the seller sent me only one of 2 products and I couldn't use the other because they must be used combined. I emailed them and the truth is that they were extremely helpful and attentive and they immediately sent me the other product, which came after a week.
