It's clown makeup. What were you expecting?
I made myself up as a clown for my little cousin's birthday. It also came in handy when I made another cousin cry(she spilled some chocolate milk so I took her sleeve and wiped it off on her). I let her turn me into a clown. A bizzare, star covered clown.Just make sure you know how to apply makeup. It doesn't come with instructions. Also, the nose is pretty cheap foam. It fell off on my all the time.
