Blue Stratos, PreElectric, 100 ml

This is a must have item if you use an electric shaver/razor. It makes the razor glide over the skin with no problem, no pulling. I wouldn't be without this product now.The cost is not bad at all. It smells nice. You also do not need much of it as it spreads evenly over the skin. I use about a 10 pence piece size of liquid, so the bottle lasts quite a long time, around a year for me.

I've been shaving my head daily for 20 years, so I'm a heavy duty shaver by most people's standards. I enjoy the fragrance of Blue Stratos so was curious when I saw the Pre-Electric product but did wonder if it was a solution looking for a problem and wouldn't make any difference.I kept my usual routine of washing my face/head with a bit of shower gel to removed natural skin oils, then brushing my teeth whilst allowing my face and scalp to fully dry. Then I applied the pre-shave solution and gave it 20 seconds to dry.To my surprise it does improve the experience. The shaver does feel that it "glides" more, and most noticeable was the top of the horseshoe nearing my crown (between 4 and 5 o clock, and 7 and 8 o clock when looking down on my head from behind) which I always had trouble getting smooth.I normally have to run over that area many times from all directions and never really feels smooth, but with the solution it was smooth in a couple of passes.The fragrance is definitely Blue Stratos but it's not very strong and after you've washed the solution/hair/skin particles off (you really should) you aren't going to smell of it, so will still need the cologne or aftershave. That's expected as I always wash off the skin/hair particles.Really good value and very happy with the performance.

What I was hoping for! Great as a pre-electric shave prep - especially in hot and humid conditions.

I like it and believe that I get a more comfortable shave when I apply it before using my electric razor. Pleasant smell too.

Works well and eliminates electric shaver burn. Fragrance is not what I expected but I’m getting use to it.

Exactly what was ordered

I have used several electric razor pre-shave lotions ranging from Freelette to Speick and others and this is my favorite so far. It dries quickly, smells pleasant, and sets up my medium whiskers very well. It offers great razor glide and, after I'm done shaving, leaves very little stubble. It's an excellent product for me and I will be buying it again.

Has a strong alcohol smell when you first apply it but quickly fades to that Blue Stratos scent. It goes on and works similar to Williams Lectric Shave but a little less oily feeling and smells better too. I will purchase it again.

I've discovered, after more than 60 years, that I need a pre-electric shaving lotion to avoid significant irritation. Blue Stratos works for me and is not as expensive as some other brands. The smell is not unpleasant.My only complaint is that the bottle is made of glass, which is not ideal in a bathroom with hard floors. If it were to drop, there would be glass fragments everywhere. A ceramic or plastic bottle would be better. (The ceramic bottle would break, but the result would be much less dangerous.) I have deducted one star for this.
