It did on mine....took a couple of applications but cleaned up what I wanted it to...I like it!

Is this ok for cleaning scratched black plastic interior car trims?

Yes, will bring back a good shine but wont take out the scratches. I would recommed a tub of Silky for the scratches. Fenwicks acrylic window scratch remover is good aswell but silky is just as good and a lot cheaper and you get a lot more. You will get both in any Caravan accessory shop, Amazon or Ebay
