This sellers bit of kit is amazing, the GPD XD is the best gaming device out there and I have a lot of them. It is a full Android tablet as well, it runs better than smooth and the battery life is AMAZING. It has been regularly used by myself, my children and the wife. The pre installed apps are top notch, my wife is a vey HAPPY CHICK lol. My 5 year old prefers this to using a ipad and as it holds a SD card the wifi is not needed (so so easy to put off and on) so no nasty bluetooth or wifi being on his lap for long periods of time. He can hold the device with easy and the screen is a masterpeice, works great in sun light too. The buttons feel very good and it really is easy to use. Think of some android games where you have to use on screen controls, thats now a thing of the past and the most amazing thing is this fits in the pocket so no controller is needed. T am sure there are many videos and reviews about this so don't take just my word have a look on the net! Seriously this is a 1st class bit of kit. If your thinking of a handheld or on TV gaming device that holds a lot of easy to download retro and android apps this is the must have device.

Simply brilliant!! Very easy to use and yet very powerful emulation. Relived lots of great memories from Ant Attack, Rambo and Where Time Stood Still on the ZX Spectrum Emulator, Sonic the Hedgehog, PaperBoy, Rampage, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Outrun and more.. all worked perfectly! I bought this as a last minute purchase to take on holiday so me and the kids could get some retro gaming done. When i first opended it i was pleasently suprised and the design and build quality. It feels solid and looks good. I did notice though that the whole thing including the free case had a peculiar smell. Kind of like cigarette smoke. After turning it on i wasnt keen on the custom launcher so went back to the default Android one but using the device i tried out some MegaDrive and N64 games and they played great. I was enjoying setting it up and it got down to around 20% charge so thought that id charge it. Well i tried but it wouldn't charge.... I tried the one that came in the box and some of my own but nothing. So i was dissapointed when i couldnt take it on holiday 🙁. I would have got a replacement but decided to go for a 2nd hand Nvidia Shield Portable from ebay as it was supposed to be a little more powerful, plus it was the same price, plus i trust their build quality.

This is a wonderful device - fantastic build quality - very similar to a ds. I always keep it with me and I think my friends get more use of it than I do when it comes out at parties etc. If you're into retro gaming then you won't regret buying one of these.

Bought this product as it advertises that you can play psp. Whilst this comes with the PSP emulator pre-installed, this product does not have the speed to run these games. Most games play at about 25-30 FPS (choppy as hell) with regular drops to 10-15 FPS. Completely unplayable. Here are the games I've played that the GPD is not fast enough to play: Star wars battlefront II SOCOM US Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo (1 & 2) GTA (both Liberty City and Vice City) Worms (1 & 2) Untold Legends (both of them were too slow) Need for Speed 5-1-0 Lot's of others.... you get the picture. TLDR: Great product for GBA / N64 / Arcade emulation, but for PSP as advertised, it is not strong enough.

Seller delivered the item quickly and on time. The device comes with a suit of software that makes it easy to acquire and play retro games. I am having the time of my life with it. I am playing snes, megadrive, psp, Dreamcast, n64 and game gear games on it. The device can also play games from the Google store. So you can play contemporary games. The device has great build quality. The screen is very good. The speakers kick out great sound. If you like retro games, get this device before it is too late.
