Very reasonably priced, fit for my purpose
This is very reasonably priced, I was really only in need of the connectors and tubing, but try and find these for this price is impossible. From some tests I could have linked the drippers to my water-but, the pressure was ample. You could choose to use the flow restrictor or not, but the filter should be used to prevent the drippers from blocking.TIP: to easily get the tubing on and off the connectors dip the tube into hot water for a few seconds until its soft, when it cools it will harden and shrink around the barbs, creating a tight connection.Instead of using the drippers I've decided to 'Wick' the water directly to the plants roots. Using the tube, I've connected my water-but to 18 500ml bottles and from there some twine (inside tubes) feeds water to the roots of plants. I adjust the flow to the bottles so that the water is constantly fed.

Works well.
Perfectly adequate system which does the job. Obviously takes a little time and effort to set up, and like all "automatic" systems needs an eye keeping on it for blocked jets etc. but is as good as any system I have used. I would buy again. Delivery was as promised.

Very good quality
The media could not be loaded. Very good quality micro irrigation kit. I found particularly the black vinyl tube was good it made it very easy to add the barbed connectors and there is a lot of this tubing 23M in total This has worked well for me so I would definitely recommend this.

No flow regualtion
Easy to put together, plenty of hose length.Tap connection doesn't seem to fit correctly. Says it's 3/4BSP, but it takes some wiggling to get it to fit snuggly without a leak. Also with it being plastic if you pop it on a brass tap you'll likely shred it trying to screw it on.The watering is very hit and miss, the drippers don't drip. Some do and others shoot out a jet of water, there is no adjustment.I was hoping to deliver a consistent amount of water to my tomatoes, over a longer period of time. But it spunks out 5 litres of water in 10 minutes. Becuase some of the droppers jet out these plants get more water than the others that do drip.I wouldn't recomend. Just buy a cheap hosepipe and pin prick it!

For the love of Veg, buy this now you crazy fool!
Used this all summer on my veggie patch and i didn't have to think about watering once. it completely automated the process to the point where the veggie garden was like a larder - no effort, just tons of fresh veg! Looks a bit daunting when you open it, loads of pieces (the clue was in the description!) but the key is to plan out your garden and where everything is on a grid and measure it, then you know how much pipe to cut and exactly where to place your valves - took about an hour from start to finish. I actually managed to grow proper, giant, pumpkins for the first time. Brilliant.

Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money, The kit is great value with a good length of pipe and plenty of attachments for a basic instillation. I found it took me a little trial and error to get the best configuration and get a good supply to all the points along the pipe, but as there was plenty of pipe to experiment with it was no problem. Only reason i did not give five stars was the lack of any real instructions and as a novice to this i did have to experiment to figure out the best set up, but for the price its amazing value.

Cheap and nasty.
It's cheap, and can't be compared to Gardena or other better made kits. However, it doesn't do the job. The drip heads either arrive broken, break when you are installing the pipe (even when the pipe is heated and softened) or just fall apart under the pressure of the water. As another reviewer mentioned, they don't drip, the squirt out a jet of water that cannot be easily directed to where you need water.Don't waste money on this, buy something more robust.

Read the instructions and it will last you ages
I first saw this product when I was attending an Amateur Gardening Exhibition at Shepton Mallet in 2004 and I bought one. It has only lasted me 18 years but I was so impressed I bought another one this year.
