Works well, stays on knee

So good, i ordered another one within 2 hours. Heat in microwave and it eased bad pain in minutes. Recommended 100%. Bit of friendly Advice buy pair of these. Update-- stick by review, but bag should be made another 2'' longer. To allow for fitting. Bit stick out of original bag at moment and burns.

Very good used cold and as in one piece no fiddling around.

Works well but I’m 5’6 and a size 8 and it’s far too big for me and skids off. The Velcro should cover a wider area so more people can use it. Otherwise a brilliant idea

Good product. Comes with its own cover, that is easily removed to then re freeze again. Fits 18 year old female knee perfectly.

I bought this in June 2022 and gave a fairly negative review. But I want to update my review because I’ve put the product back into use after a total knee replacement and it’s been great. I put it on top of my leggings so it’s not too cold against my skin and that’s also made it a much more snug fit. So I now find it’s much better than the straight gel packs. If you’ve had a knee replacement I highly recommend it. My husband also uses it for his tennis elbow! Initial review: Having already bought a couple of Gelpacks, I decided to try this out because it looked like it would fit more snugly around the knee. However, maybe it's my knees, but it doesn't fit snugly. It's also far too cold to put directly onto the skin and doesn't come with a compression strap that helps dull the cold, which means I've had to put a thin cloth around my knee first before putting the ice pack on. I've now gone back to using my Gelpacks which are more versatile and comfortable.

easy to use,,the strap keeps it firmly in place.....was good at reducing the inflation in my arthritic knees...once you got used to the cold shock on a hot knee!!......much quicker and better at reducing inflation than taking ibuprofen.....

Articolo arrivato come stabilito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Nella confezione sono presenti 2 cuscinetti con le rispettive federe per non rischiare bruciature della pelle. Mi è stata prescritto dal fisiatra la crioterapia, avendo problemi di epicondilite ad entrambi gli arti superiori. L'articolo è comunque versatile perché può essere utilizzato per altre zone del corpo. Il cuscinetto abbraccia perfettamente il gomito e dispone di un elastico strech che con la parte terminale si blocca con il velcro. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per le mamme con figli che spesso si fanno delle contusioni.

Die beiden Eisbeutel lassen sich einfach im Gefrierschrank kühlen und sind groß genug, um das Knie vollständig zu bedecken. Das Material fühlt sich robust an, und die Packs bleiben auch bei Bewegung geschmeidig, was die Anwendung angenehm macht. Dank der Klettbänder kann man sie gut befestigen, sie sitzen insgesamt stabil, auch wenn die Fixierung nicht ganz perfekt ist – bei Bewegung können sie etwas verrutschen. Die Kältewirkung ist deutlich spürbar und die Beutel kühlen ausreichend stark, allerdings hält die Temperatur nicht ganz so lange wie bei manchen anderen Kühlpacks. Eine zusätzliche Schutzhülle wäre praktisch, da der Hersteller empfiehlt, das Gelpack nicht direkt auf die Haut zu legen. So muss man ein Tuch dazwischenlegen, was die Kühlwirkung etwas abschwächt. Die Eisbeutel lassen sich auch an anderen Körperstellen wie Ellbogen oder Waden verwenden, was sie vielseitig macht. Insgesamt funktionieren sie zuverlässig und erfüllen ihren Zweck gut. Ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sternen.

La verdad que está muy bien y cumple perfectamente su función.

Die Kompressen werden im 2er Pack zu einem recht stolzen Preis geliefert. Sie eignen sich zur Kühlung und auch für warme Kompressen am Knie. Die Verarbeitung der Pads ist einwandfrei und die Größe optimal um das gesamte Knie zu bedecken. Mir konnte es besten Willen nicht gelingen die Kompressen an meinem Knie so zu fixieren das sie an Ort und Stelle halten. Nur im Ruhezustand bleiben sie auf dem Knie. Das ist allerdings nicht Sinn der Sache, da würde es auch ein einfaches Kühlpad tun was man günstig erwerben kann. Ziel solcher Kompressen ist doch, auch leichte Bewegungen wie den Gang ins Bad mit fixierter Kühlung zu bewältigen. Mit diesen Produkt gelingt das nicht. Es läßt sich nicht ordentlich fixieren und rutscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung runter, rüber und hält nicht an der gewünschten Position. Ich würde dieses Produkt nicht erneut bestellen.
