will this fit a 5 year old

Hi Carl. Yes it will fit as it adjusts down quite small. In fact I would say its it's more suited to a 5 yr old than my 9yr old nephew, who kicks it so hard that he just gets in a tangle with it when the ball returns and the elastic wraps around his legs.

I have a 38" waist, would this fit me?

I tried this on my husband who has a 32 inch waist and it wouldn't fit you as it comes. However if you had a length of Velcro (both the fluffy and the hook sides) you could make it work easily enough.

How far does the cord stretch

How long is a piece of string? Hang on, this is what it says in the description '6ft kinetic elastic cord stretches to over 18ft'

what is the minimum length the cord can be adjusted to - am thinking of buying for indoor use in small area

Maybe for kick ups but the string is very stretchy so becareful with your TV and lights. (Hahahahaha)
