A sturdy stand that can be set at many heights. Four light intensity settings. Overall, this is a nice product with value for my money. Very easy to set up and various height settings are very very useful. tripod stands are sturdy and easily adjustable to increase or decrease height. I'll recommend it and I am NOT PAID to say this. I've had it for over a week, 10 days, and it still works fine.

Love the light . Easy to use , to early to see the effect but I am sure I will be able to see the difference soon

I have 2 products from this company. The red light wrap and the red light device on the stand. I love both! Let me start by saying I never give reviews but it is a true pleasure to write this. I use these two products as a supplement to another red light product (platinum LED). I did a lot of research on the benefits of red light therapy and it has helped me and my family so much. It really works!! I started researching it for Lyme symptoms joint aches muscles pains and cell rejuvenation. Not to mention the amazing benefits of less wrinkles! Plus I had foot surgery that did not heal (non union). The wrap saved my life! It helps the swelling and pain I constantly have in my foot. It allows me to be able to exercise again. The stand I use for any neck /shoulder pain. They are both easy to use and I can sit on my sofa at night watch tv and repair my aches and pains without pain meds! My son uses it after the gym and he swears by it. It helps relieve all his muscle soreness after an intense workout. I also have to mention the customer service from this company is top notch. Some of the lights in my wrap stopped working after a few months. I sent them an email not expecting to get a response back and they responded immediately! They were amazing in standing behind their products and sent me a replacement product. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. Again quality products at a great price.

I severely sprained my ankle. I couldn’t walk at all for a month, and painfully walked little baby steps for another month. Going on third month of initial injury, I’m doing lot better but I get walking pain if I walk too much or twist weird ways. I started using infrared red light on my ankle since the beginning of my injury and because I was in so much pain in the beginning I couldn’t see if red infrared lights were helping, but now that I’m not in severe pain, I do see some difference. After long day of walk and when I get stressed pain on my ankle I would put it on and leave it about 20 min, and the heat from the light feels good and I do feel like it takes away the pain. So yeah. Why not. That’s my thought. I would’ve try anything to help me get back to my recovery because not walking is not fun.

Bought the mat November 2024. Worked great until October 6 2025. Getting code 8 after plugging it in. Cannot find a combination that will get it to work again. No obvious way to buy a new adapter or controller. Will not buy another product from RUISQM

I was looking for a way that I could use near infrared light without any red light at the same time and these little panels can do just that so I’m very happy with them and I bought several more dual headed units. I have purchased 6 other red light therapy devices and this type is my favorite as it gives me more flexibility than my larger panels costing way more do. It feels especially good on my knees!
