These have been monumental in my fitness endeavours! After years of not really using my 'soft grip' 1.5 kg weights (off and on, here and there, whenever I'd get the 'swush' to get into exercise again to try and lose weight. Since I've LOST a lot of weight over the past few years (total of about 16 years, within the last 3 I'd say I've lost about 70 lbs). Very recently (within the last 6 months) I had been using those trusty old soft grip 1.5 kg hand weights more and more. I found they were becoming far too easy to use (Though I still use them for specific exercises). I have graduated to the 3 kg pair! And after use with THESE I am ready to upgrade to a higher KG.They are VERY good to grip. They have never slipped. The only regret with these is that they're not 'soft grip'. If held incorrectly you will feel the 'hardness' of the hand/bar and it will start to hurt. If you're using these not by the strength or grip in your hands but by the 'force' of your arms (with good posture/alignment - sitting or standing) - using your BODY - arms, etc. - you won't feel that 'hand bar' pain at all (this will also cause fatigue as I've discovered!) I'd not really used anything greater than the 1.5 kg soft grip pair by Reebok (years ago, I searched for similar in a heavier pair and couldn't find any). These have been fantastic though!Very good quality, excellent for grip (Again, they've not slipped at all). Being that they are bright orange, you CAN'T LOSE them LOLIt's been about two months of use - no complaints (other than I needed to learn how to use them properly! That's my own doing and fault).I'm going to continue using these (just as I have been with the 1.5 kg pair) but ALSO add hopefully soon - the next 'step up.'If you're looking for a good sturdy, well made, non-slip pair of hand weights (men/women) these are *great* AND affordable. I have checked ALL OVER the place - the price was unbeatable. (here's to the next level of weights! I will probably go for this same 'line'/make!) Not just good, but really really really great... get'em! :)

There’s not much to write about such a simple product but I’ll give it a go. I purchased them for my wife to use in her Pilates classes as part of the toning and light weight work out sessions. They fit her small hands perfectly and thanks to their ergonomic shape and soft neoprene surface they are comfortable to hold with the smooth but slightly textured surface providing ample grip to stop them slipping. The hexagonal shape being a bonus as it makes them stable for floor exercises whilst stopping them from rolling away between sessions. The neoprene surface coating being easy to clean and maintain. All in all they tick all the boxes for the intended use.

Lovely and bright , so I notice them and this encourages me to use them .They seem well balanced and easy to grip, with a none slip feel, fingers crossed as the grand kids also like picking them up.

Dry nice weights. Easy to grip and a good colour.
