Good stuff taste good and does a good job

Wish I’d realised how much difference topping up on your protein can make. As a vegetarian I didn’t realise I wasn’t getting enough protein. What a difference, no more headaches, no more bloating, fluid retention is better and my overall mood is much improved. I kid you not, it’s a revelation to me!It’s flavour is not the best, but you can add fruits, honey, whatever you like. Works well with almond milk or soy milk, use a lot of fluid because it does tent to be very thick.

Tastes OK when mixed in appropriate proportions. My pack said 1.25 scoops and 200-300ml, which made a thick paste (I had to eat it with a spoon like a disgusting angel delight). Weighed it on digital scales, though, and found 1 scoop to be the right size for 30g portion. That and 300ml water makes a good milkshake consistency to down. Much easier to digest than whey and a lot cheaper than the Maximuscle cyclone I used previously.Not used long enough to judge results yet. Nutritional content of the soya is impressive, though. I'm stacking it with the creatine from Iron Labs, plus their T5 extreme, as you don't get any of the extra things inside this basic powder.

It's a very thick mix & tastes nothing like vanilla tbh. Unfortunately I can't drink milk atm so this'll have to do 😢

This product is dreadful do not buy!!!! I have bought this powder for along time as it was great but the new formula is so bad!! It absolutely does not smell or taste like vanilla. If anything it smells like mint??? It also smells and taste off!! The old formula of this powder was the best protein powder I had ever had so it’s a real same that the replacement is so so bad!! I will be trying other brands from now on! I wanted to give zero starts but not an option

Doubtless good for you, but one of the least pleasant soya shakes I’ve ever purchased. It’s too thick and the taste borders on the unpleasant.

Best vegan protien I've found. Not at all gritty, nice and smooth to drink... some I've found to be like drinking sand and this is not at all like that! Also mixes well in a shaker and not a bad favour, even drinkable with water but better with a plant milk. Good macros, would recommend!
