Easy to use and super fast transactions, use for mobile detailing business and taking payments is super easy, it's nice to have an app to track payments aswell

Ordered this for payments in my business. After installing app on my phone I went through a verification process which the app warned might take 72 hours. After 72 hours the app disappeared. Called the app up in playstore again, which provided new app for update. But this had no record of myaccount set up from a few days before. Tried to install new account. This does not recognise device, but offers mareting services (unwanted) and insists on debiting for a new device. Unable to contact Square on their website to sort . Therefore uninstalled from my phone. I've had no use of device so am returning.

I bought this for my partner to use, and unlike a different (competitor's) similar product I bought in the past, this was easy to set up and actually works! Pleasantly surprised.

I purchased this to use in our greenhouse in the spring. We had the ipad stand with the card swipe at the bottom. Sometimes it was difficult to swipe cards, sometimes the cards did not go through - our location is in a valley and it seemed the weather was a factor on how quickly transactions went through. After starting to use this device, talk about much quicker transactions! A tap payment was crazy fast, chip a bit slower but very fast! It does not come with the dock, I purchased that separately. You can use without the dock, and in our situation it was probably better without it b/c we could go outside with ipad, select items and have customers tap/insert card without having them come back inside greenhouse for payment. But once I installed the dock, I was unable to get the device out of it, I actually sliced my finger trying to remove it, so it stayed in the dock! Overall a good purchase and made our transactions much easier!

Very poor machine doesn't work brand new.Spark to customer service very poor customer service wouldn't let me speak to the manager about the problem with the machine the machine doesn't work. I try explain them to I could not connect it to my phone then they told me to do going to my settings and do different different things it wasn't helpful because it was still the machine was not working so for that reason the customer service is very poor we asked for a refund and they refuse the refund they said there's nothing wrong with the machine, but the machine is clearly not work. It's not connecting to my phone and they refused for me to put a complaint in and refused me to basically two stuff with our advise you to get this machine

This has been great Either use my phone or the box. Chargers are cheap too

Wish I got this sooner! Me and my mother in law have a crafty card Buisness and go to craft fairs quite a bit. We've only ever done cash but not many people carry it now as days. After seeing one of the other stalls use it we had to invest. Such an easy set up, easy to use app and not had any issues with connection or use. Highly recommend and really really good for the price.

Die Bedienung ist simpel, und technisch wirkt das Gerät absolut solide. Für den eigentlichen Zweck – kontaktloses Bezahlen per Karte, Apple Pay oder Google Pay – wäre es perfekt geeignet. Allerdings gibt es einen entscheidenden Nachteil: In Deutschland lässt sich das Gerät nicht registrieren oder aktivieren, was es hier praktisch unbrauchbar macht. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn man es für den professionellen Einsatz gekauft hat. Optisch top, funktional leider ein kompletter Fehlkauf für den deutschen Markt.
