I used these to clean my brakes, before I painted them, and they was good at getting into small areas, and getting a lot of the dirt off, they could have done with being a bit stiffer to get the really burnt on brake dust off a bit quicker, but with a bit of elbow grease they done the job fine.

I wanted some small wire brushes to help remove some light spots of rust in the engine bay of my car prior to painting. I wasn't sure whether they would do the job when I got them but I can safely say they lived up to their purpose. I could get into the angles of the metal well and apply firm presure without them falling apart. If you need to do heavier duty rubbing or are planning to rub down larger parts, I would recommend getting larger ones. These however are great for the little jobs. Next thing are my brake calipers

Used to get paint about of corner's after using a paint streipper . Did a good job.

I got these for cleaning my bike. I like that you get 3 different material bristles. I use the steel ones on my bike chain if it gets any surface rust, which allows me to get it in check before it gets worse, as standard cleaning will not remove it. Then you plastic if you want to get into somewhere small without scratching paint etc, and brass for any less harsh scrubbing. Overall a nice little versatile set.

I've got some flaky paint on my window frames and these brushes got into all the nooks and crannies and removed it. The small group of tufts on the top of the brushes are good for getting into the hard to get at corners. They still look good after using and the tufts haven't gone misshapen. Very pleased with this purchase and they were at a very good price and were delivered quickly. I'm sure they will come in handy for all sorts of jobs.
