Looks great, & good quality. Original item wasn't accurate enough, but following contact with sellers, I received a replacement which works fine. Really useful to have and means I don't have to visit Dr every time my breathing is bad as I can check my own oxygen levels. Would certainly recommend. x

I can't believe this Acc U Rate Pro is so easy to use.You pull out the battery tab ,press a button put the device on your finger and you are away! It sits comfortably on a finger and after a few pulsing lights, to indicate that its working, displays your blood oxygen level and heartbeat. For someone who wants more ,you can also set alarms but I haven't bothered - it just shows what I want to know ,clearly ( and comparing it with a device my partner has) accurately. It also has a very attractive feel and colour ,which is a satisfying bonus.If I had a small piece of advice for the makers ,it would be to tell you near the start of the comprehensive instructions that to switch it off,you leave it alone and it just does it. ( As a 60+ year old I still look for an 'off' button)Very fast and tracked delivery too.

Just as fuctional and reliable as one I bought 15 years ago but about half the price !Great job.

A great product at a good price. I feel that the pulse and oxygen readings are accurate. I like the way that you can set the parameter alarms etc, you can wear it around your neck with the lanyard, and I love the colour!

Poor and slow to detect oxygen saturation.Replacement more responsive but still not as sensitive as equipment used at work.

Ottimo e ben fatto. Facile da usare. I valori spero siano corretti anche perché se cambio sito varie anche di 2/3 punti il valore. A mio padre fatica la lettura e ho notato che se non risponde entro 10 secondi poi è come se andasse in tilt dando un valore da “defunto” tipo 60/65. Penso sia un problema di circolazione del sangue nelle dita. Quando da il valore in pochi secondi lo trovo sempre preciso se va oltre i dieci secondi meglio non leggerlo. Questo strumento fondamentale mi ha fatto penare ma finalmente è arrivato. Amazon 5 stelle come sempre. Consegnato nei tempi previsti.

non è esattamente come quello in foto ma va benissimo lo stesso, è molto piccolo il display molto chiaro e definito ma molto piccolo quindi da considerare per le persone anziane che non ci vedono bene. per il resto funziona molto bene, soprattutto è molto preciso, messo a confronto con un plussimetro ospedaliero i dai sono uguali.

Pienamente soddisfatta del prodotto. La confezione contiene, guscio protettivo in silicone nero, astuccio per riporlo ordinatamente, un cordino ed una coppia di pile per utilizzarlo da subito. Di facile utilizzo e ad un prezzo ragionevole, rispetto allo scorso marzo/ aprile quando i prezzi erano folli. Lo consiglio.
