V Fit MTT1 - perfick!
Wonderful product and amazingly well constructed for the price. Took just ten minutes to assemble and didn't need to adjust anything at all. Whole family from 6 to 50+ uses it. Equally good for running or power walking with the fixed incline a real plus. And just took 3 days to arrive using Super Saver Delivery. Well done Amazon, yet again.V-Fit MTT1 Mini Manual Treadmill

Sorry but this was probably the worst product I bought so far
I am 6' 1" so this was too small for me. The product forces you to use too much effort to get the belt rolling and can cause injury or will be broken within a few months. Sorry but this was probably the worst product I bought so far.

V-fit 1 Manual treadmill
Delivered with all four corner plastic covers smashed and computer not working at all. Even polystyrene packaging inside was broken. The couriers must have had a field day dropping/throwing it in Spain/Portugal. I am partially disabled and the repackaging and return to the local post office was most difficult.Amazon quickly dispatched a replacement by UPS (alternative to original couriers) which I received and am happy with but still one corner cover broken. I shall repair this with super glue. The treadmill took 45min to assemble and seems good value. The computer is a bit inaccurate but I would expect that at the price.I had a Kettler treadmill several years ago but that was in another league quality wise. One has to work harder on a manual machine and this one provides no adjustment to the handle bars or elevation. To elevate one would have to place some sort of packing underneath the front foot. However for my height (5'10") it is ideal. It is not too noisy but requires silicone to get a smoother travel. I have it in the loft with a double cushioning of matting.I can recommend as a utility unit. The factory packaging around the corners could be better.

Not for me.
If you have tried a manual treadmill and know what to expect, this probably isn't a bad buy as it's fairly good quality (apart from the "computer" which is useless) and good value. However, if you haven't tried a similar item before I would suggest you stay away. I read the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere before buying and realised it would be very different to a motorised treadmill but having had it a while now, it is still almost impossible to use effectively. The problem is that the technique required to run on the treadmill, which basically means supporting a large part of your body weight on the bars provided, makes actually running smoothly on it extremely difficult. I can't say if other similar treadmills are any better but I suspect not as the problem is no doubt inherent in a manual treadmill. Wish I had spent more and bought a traditional motorised unit.

Good product
The treadmill is easy to assemble, and operate, however I found that the monitor is resetting itself whilst in the middle of an operation . It may just be a faulty monitor and I am going to contact the company for a replacement. In terms of a basic treadmill for those wanting to exercise on a regualr basis without wanting to spend a lot of money I would recommend this product.

Walking, yes, running, maybe not...
I found it easy enough to set up on my own though it is heavy so, if in doubt, get someone to help. It's also very easy to adjust the belt if it slips or moves to one side which mine did at first but, having adjusted it as per the instructions, it's been fine for a couple of weeks so far.As I never intend to do anything more than a fast walk on it, it will be fine for what I need but if you are considering one of these to run on, I'd look elsewhere. The display is clear enough but I'm far from convinced by the pulse readout; far too much variation and the speed seem very variable too.Overall, I'm quite happy with it.

Very flimsy and also description doesn't make it clear that you have to hold on. Handles are a funny height (for me) others may get on better than me as I'm quite short!
