Is this a noisy game?

The only noisy part is the clicking of the dice in the middle of the board. And the kids playing it of course! It is a good game. But overall I wouldn't class this as noisy tbh.

It’s essentially Ludo. With a genie. we play it as a drinking game because anything’s a drinking game if you apply some extra rules

How is this game played?

Each player takes it in turns to shake the dice and they each have 4 counters. The counters are moved around the board until the first one to get all 4 counters home wins the game. There is a Golden Genie that gives the 'owner' of it protection until some one else wins control of the Genie.A good fun game for up to 4 players and very easy to understand.Hope this helps.Merry Christmas.
