Silverline Gear Puller Set 3pce 75, 100 & 150mm (MS23)

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these because of other peoples' reviews. I'm just left wondering if the people that left the terrible reviews have ever seen or used pullers before. They are better than expected, especially for the ridiculously cheap price. They're pretty tough and worked perfectly for the job I wanted them for (pulling a hub off of a drive shaft). Ignore the haters would be my advice here.

Just what I needed

Used the large one to pull a hub and then a roller bearing off the stub axle on a trailer. The bearing was seized on so much that the point on the puller ended up indenting the end of the stub axle.If there's any downside it's that out of the box the nuts and bolts on the puller arms are tightened a bit too much so need to be slackened off slightly to enable the puller arms to move more freely.

The general build can only be described as "budget" I suspect these pullers won't last very long.. The functional mechanism is stiff and cobbled together. The action is stiff and required adjustment from the manufacturing assembly process.You get what you pay for I guess -The delivery process parameters were ignored as usual by the courier and the supplier or Amazon logistics should recognise that a customer buys a product via the Amazon process and a lousy delivery reflects on the product supplier (for repeat orders) as they rely on Amazon to do the final leg!!

Does the job, feels a bit wobbly but good price.

A very useful set of gear pullers which are well suited to working on small engines and garden equipment. The variety of sizes will suit many applications and each puller is adjustable to suit various sizes of pulleys, gears or flywheels.I have used the pullers on several occasions including on some very stuck pulleys and they have worked well every time and show no signs of stress or fatigue.Overall very happy with these

Rubbish, complete crap. Amazon wouldn't let me give it a no star rating.Build quality is terrible.All nuts are 11 mm and tightening them up while trying to hold the tool in place is extremely difficult. Some wouldn't even fit my 11 mm tools and 12 mm was too big.Plus the threads on the bolts are cheap rubbish which chew up while trying to tighten. You think they are tightening but you are actually just stripping the thread.The ends of the puller piece's are rounded off so they slip off really easily when you finally get round to screwing the bolt in.They should be smaller but more angled to get a grip.It's really disappointing as i own a lot of Silverline tools but this spells the end of that.Do yourself a favour and buy a more expensive quality set.

Para mi opinion vayan los 10 puntos para estos extracctores ya que para la mayoria de los bricoladores cumple plenamente su funcion y no digamos el precio no se encuentran mas baratos como no vaya al rastrillo de MADRID o a los encantes de BARCELONA por decir algo y que seguro te dan gato por liebre ya que son usadosYo los he puesto a prueba de un modo casi profesiona pues tenia que extraer la polea de un alternador y de no tenerlos lo que hacen muchos chapuzas maceta y escarpa con el de 150 ha salido perfecta. QS LQS RECOMIENDO SALUDOS ANTONIO MARTIN PALLARES

alors avec 3 tailles différente je trouve plutôt cool de bonne qualité général semble robuste j ai fait que utilisation sur le grand modèle et le moyena voir dans le temps mais vue le tarif du produit c est du tout bon avec il livraison ultra rapide 1 jour :)
