We are so glad we chose this fireplace door over competing brands. It is well made and very sturdy. It has a welded outer frame. The only bolt on part is the 2-inch riser, which we needed and used. Shipping was surprisingly fast, it was delivered by UPS in 2 days. My wife and I had it out of the box and on the fireplace in an hour. Very easy to install, fit our lintel perfectly. And we love the smoked glass. A couple things could be better, the fiberglass insulation is poor quality and could be better, and I wonder how long it will stay in the frame. And the door is made in China, so there's that. But overall, nice looking door and very well made.

Very pleased with this screen. Very sturdy, easy to install and looks so much better than the fold up screen we had before.

I bought this for my brick fireplace that has no door system on it. This is a gorgeous piece. If only the connection mechanism actually worked for the configuration of my fireplace. Also, the unit did not sit squarely on the brick, and there were gaps on the corners that are about half an inch, but there is no way of correcting.

The media could not be loaded.  Shipped fast, so we installed immediately, fairly easy to assemble, looks great!
