Good quality
**UPDATE**I've had these for a little whole now, and I'm still super impressed. The top of my ears were sore for a couple of days(I wear glasses, and this is 100% why). The sound comes through wonderfully, and the microphone does its job. The only problem I have with this headset, is the fact that the mic is not noise cancelling. You can hear absolutely everything in the background lol**ORIGINAL**I literally just got this, but I've already used it a couple different times. The overall feel of these is quite nice. They're comfortable, I can easily see that they will remain comfortable for extended periods of time (I haven't had them long enough to know for sure yet). The sound quality is quite nice, the separate volume control really helps, without having to turn your device up. Mic quality (so far) seems to be really good. Even whispering can be heard clearly. The true test will be when I use it for work. I will update after using it for a few days. The only con I see for these(so far) is that the headband part does not adjust. It's not an issue for me, but I do have a smaller head.

No frills, absolutely trouble free!
I have tried DOZENS of wired and wireless headsets for Zoom and Teams meetings! DOZENS.Every problem you can think of; hurts, doesnt fit right, sound is terrible, mic not loud enough, battery dies, earpads dont fit right, head band too tight, you name it.So I gave up, and got this darn cheap headset.OMG... Wowwww. As BASIC and as awesome as you could imagine.Less than $20. perfect SOUND.plenty OF VOLUME.CRISP clear audio.NO BATTERIES to worry about.PLENTY OF SOFT, no tangle cord.WOWWW.Talk about a bargain. Now this is for work. For meetings. You don't want a dead battery, or crappy audio, or painful earpads, or a mic that's not loud enough. For around $20, THIS IS YOUR GO-TO WORK HEADSET. PERIOD.I am hard of hearing, and I wear a hearing aid on one side. This adapts to my hearing aid and fits comfortably. Plenty of CLEAN volume to spare. What else can I say? I HATE meetings, so the last thing I want during a boring meeting is problems talking and hearing!I swear by this headset. For the price I will buy EXTRAS just for the heck of it.If I could give these 10 stars I would.

Not Really for Long Periods of Usage
These are excellent headphones, that's true. And I was looking for something at a lower price just to use with my flip-phone. I don't use the phone much, but when I do use it, I'm talking for fairly long periods at a time. I don't like having to hold the phone while I'm talking. I don't like to set it down somewhere, then inadvertently walk away and pull the phone off the counter or something. I wanted a headset with a mic, that works with today's dual-purpose headphone jacks. This was my choice. And it works. My only gripe, which will lead to my eventually replacing it, is the padded earpieces don't allow any air circulation. These are acceptable, certainly. They do reduce external noise quite well. But I think I'd rather have something a little more lightweight, with either foam ear covering or perhaps just 1 earpiece. I do want over-the-head, and I do want a microphone. I see there are sets like that, a little more expensive. But I think for my purposes it would be more suitable. These are marketed as a lower price point, especially for classrooms and younger students. I don't really need the inline volume control, but it's not a problem having it. I think I'm more in the category of a customer service or support person who's on the phone regularly. A more typical headset for that would be the single earpiece, the head band, and a lightweight mic. I just thought I could get away with a lower price, and indeed, as I've learned over my lifetime: You get what you pay for.Very well made, and certainly a high-quality frequency response! In fact, I used these to do audio "emails," that included bits of music. I was somewhat shocked at how good the music reproduction was done! Not quite recording studio level, but absolutely passable! During recordings, the microphone did a very decent job, too! I recorded through Audacity, and then edited using these same earphones. I'm impressed! But I bought them to talk on the phone for an hour or two at a time. I end up with a bit of pressure irritation on the ears, and a "heated" sensation from lack of air circulation. Verdict: They work, they're inexpensive, they have great sound quality, but... they bug me. :-)

Super comfortable, does the job great!
Guys these are super comfortable and very reliable. I use them for gaming b/c even though i have 5 pairs of bluetooth headsets, this wired headset is the ONLY one that is 100% reliable and very very easy on the ears, no pain after wearing for more than 8 hours. Mic is crystal clear.

Good for the price
Nice headphones, decent quality. I bought these to use with my cell phone when I am on longer calls with people so I can hear better. You can still hear the phone ring when the headphones are plugged in. The only negative is that you cannot hear yourself in the microphone when you're talking and so it's like having cotton in your ears. Headphones I had before, you could hear yourself better and not feel as though you had to talk so loud. I leave one earpiece off of my ear and that helps. Would not recommend or buy again, but don't feel so dissatisfied that I need to return them.

Excellent if your not using a USB device!
Ok So for context I am a psychotherapist and pastoral counselor and I lead 25 teleconference groups with over 250 men from 23 countries every week over and above the 15-17 clients and couples each week. All of these groups and sessions are by phone and I am using this headset up to 9 hours a day and have not found any Bluetooth devices that can handle the battery consumption for an entire day. So I have struggled to find corded headsets that are non USB of any Quality and many of the thin flimsy call center ones keep breaking.I gave these a shot and was immediately impressed at the noise cancelation and clarity. They are comfortable and light and for 9 hours a day cause no fatigue whatsoever. I actually bought 2 of them on the initial purchase thinking they might break as many of my previous purchases had, however the quality and rigidness and construction is similar to headphones I have for my podcast that are 100's of dollars more. So I will have these for quite a while, I'm sure backup set just in case! The mic adjustment sits right where it needs to be and sound quality is excellent as confirmed by the groups I lead.IF you are like me where Bluetooth wont meet the need and your system works with a 3.5 connection I HIGHLY recommend these. The seller provides excellent contact and shipping was lightening fast and packed with extreme care! The quality WAY overperforms the perception of a device in this price point! You won't be disappointed!

Worked, mostly...
This Cyber Acoustic Noise Reducing headset arrived quickly and undamaged, seemed to be in good working order, was dead-easy to install and more or less 'worked' for my wife for almost two weeks, but after daily use over that time, eventually what seemed to be a small, intermittent and believed to be unimportant glitch turned into a real problem and it had to be replaced. It was very weird -- she had no problems initially and we both thought the set was quite nice and a good bargain, especially considering its low cost and ease of installation. She could hear her co-workers and clients very clearly and reliably and everyone seemed able to hear her.As the days went on however, first one user then another began to notice that on occasion, her voice (possibly only on some system(s), in some application(s) and/or some situations) was all but inaudible. My wife would raise the mike volume and go on with the rest of her day. Unfortunately, it still would happen again occasionally, and while trying to come up with a dependable volume level on the mike, one that worked for everyone else in all applications and situations, it turned out to be an insurmountable problem with no discernable cause, much less a possible fix. Even turning up the mike to a volume level of 100 (the maximum setting) wasn't adequate to maintain loud-enough, trouble-free, clearly audible communication. Nobody could find anything wrong, but it couldn't be counted on to work when it had to, whatever the reason. We tried to fix it -- believe me, we tried! Unfortunately, despite all our efforts, first she and her fellow workers couldn't find a problem, much less a fix; then she tried dedicated professional help -- neither could the company's excellent, well above-average, never-before-stumped help-desk fix it; and finally, during the whole episode, the combined 70+ years of professional experience in the field compiled by my wife and I together (my wife worked as a systems technician while attending college¹ and has worked as a production control engineer for several organizations since, and I've been an avid computer hobbyist (since before the days of the Sinclair ZX-81), computer operator, systems technician (where my wife and I met!), programmer, software technician, software engineer, DP Manager and MIS Director)... all our combined experience was for nought. By now though, since ALL of the other equipment in use worked with all the other users, all of the time in every other situation, it was only natural that the finger of blame point squarely at the 'new' headset we'd installed scant weeks before. It had to go.As it turned out, the rest was simplicity itself. Taking advantage of 24hr Amazon online shopping and Prime overnight shipping, we located and purchased a slightly higher priced but still quite inexpensive noise-control headset from Logitech and went to bed. It arrived the following day, and before her shift started the next evening, removed and replaced the Cyber Acoustics set, and that was that. Everyone since has been totally pleased by its performance and now all is right with the... well, maybe I won't go that far. The new one worked very well, now even longer than we thought the Cyber Acoustics did. :-)While writing the review, I've had an opportunity to think about the whole situation sort of removed a bit from the whole shebang, which makes me think it's about time now to try the one thing I stupidly forgot about completely before replacing the 'defective' unit: contact the seller. Better late than never, I suppose. Wish me luck!
