First, contrary to what other reviewers are saying as of this posting, you can certainly open and close it one handed. Undo the clasp and leave it undone, press the button to open, and use your index finger rested behind the lid to click it closed. It takes some force so it isn't obvious, but you can click the lid back into place yourself without fastening the clasp back into place.As for an actual review, this bottle is great. This is the ONLY bottle over 32oz that I can find that can both fit in a cupholder, and remains thin enough to comfortably grasp. Its form factor also lets it easily slide into backpack water bottle sleeves designed for smaller bottles. It keeps temperatures as advertised and easily competes with other top brands on that front. The lid has tension to keep it open so it doesn't bonk you in the nose when you tilt it to drink, but it's not enough to keep you from easily flipping it closed—plus, the spring to open the lid has enough force to lock it up when you hit the button to open it, making opening and drinking a smooth and quick experience. The handle is surprisingly functional, and the lid happily stays screwed on when toting it around.But there are some downsides to this form factor. It is very top heavy (at least the 46oz version) and will fall over with a slight breeze. Unless you are placing it on solid flat ground, it will probably not stay put. And if you have shallow cupholders, it might fall out when full due to the shifting mass of the liquid.Another con is no air hole in the cap, so if you're the kind of person to drink with a seal around the tip (trying to not make it sound weird), you're out of luck. This is a glug glug only bottle. The neck of it is also a bit too thin to really facilitate fast drinking, though some may call that a positive.Even with those downsides, the positives make this a favorite and I can't see myself using anything else.

I’ve been looking forever for a large water bottle to fit in my cup holder. So happy I finally found one and it is perfect!! So beautiful! I purchased the 36oz. It fits perfectly in my Volvo XC90. I purchased the name decal separately from Amazon as well. Definitely keeps my water cold and allows for me to stay hydrated while out.

I got this for my husband since he really loves his water ice cold and to eat his ice cubes before they melt. The reviews were insane at how well this jug kept your water cold, even some with temps being recorded. This is an amazing product that really does not only keep your water cold, but colder than when you initially filled it to begin with! I am highly impressed at this feature alone! The bottle also does fantastic with blending my protein drinks! I get so tired of chunks of powder that hasn't mixed properly as well. These do fantastic enough that I plan on getting another in a smaller size for myself!

I have been on the lookout for a large water bottle for my commute for some time. I was super excited to come across this water bottle because it also has a shaker functionality which I also use pretty regularly. While the shaker function works well enough, where this really shines is in holding liquids at temp. I fill it with cold water and it stays cold even after sitting in my vehicle all day. It stays cold longer than the water lasts, which I've not had happen. The quality is top notch and the only thing that comes close is big brands you would recognize. Stop searching and buy this or one of the other size options available. Bonus if you get one with additional tops!

We normally use a yetti or Bubba- but this one is just as good, if not better. Ice in the cup last for about 18 hours! It's easy to clean. Comfortable to hold. Easy to drink out of.

I like insulated bottles for my drinks and I’ve liked the Coldest Water bottle I’ve had in the past. I liked the top of this bottle, the chug lid which makes it work great with carbonated beverages. I don’t drink protein shakes but I can see how this would work well for that. I like the 26 ounce size and it fit perfectly in my cup holder. I filled it with ice and it kept my drink really cold. I always keep a drink on my bedside table and this worked great. My drink didn’t get watered down from the ice overnight. It’s easy to clean, easy to carry and is exactly what I wanted. I plan to get all the colors, I love it that much!
