Why do so many say it doesn’t work?

Scott, that’s too vague of a complaint to respond to. This is basically a screen with micro holes intended for a better espresso flow. However there are many things that have to be right in order to see any benefit like fresh beans, proper grind, proper distribution, proper temperature, and a precision basket.
