Fantastic product.This charger and the batteries are great! Firstly they have a nice clean aesthetic made from high quality plastics, are finished to a great standard as well as being as small as possible. The batteries charge quickly, as well as being able to charge 2 at once which is even better. These batteries also have a higher capacity than regular GoPro batteries meaning they keep my GoPro Hero 3 running for longer. The charging indicator lights are also clean and simple. The product is also very cheap compared to GoPro products, yet will also fit and charge regular GoPro batteries.Overall i am very happy with the item, it charges well and means I will never run out of power on the go.

These are great replacement/additional batteries for your Hero 3 or 3+. For the price of just one original GoPro battery you can get TWO well made high quality batteries AND a dual charger!!!The charger is compact and fits in my accessories case nicely. The battery slots are nice and deep and hold all batteries (Smatree, GoPro OEM and cheap Chinese) snug and secure. The included USB cable is a nice touch, leaving your other lead free to connect your GoPro to your PC.The batteries themselves are well made and fit comfortably in the camera.They are higher capacity but do they last longer??? Simple answer yes, but only by about 2 mins in my test.I tested 1080 at 25fps and got a record time of just under 2 hours 10 mins. The original GoPro battery was put through the same test and lasted nearly 2 hours 8 mins.OK so the capacity to record time ratio doesn't exactly add up but look at the price!!! 2 batteries and a dual charger for the price of just one GoPro battery. Even if these obly matched the original batteries or slightly underperformed they would still be a great deal!!!

Not the best battery life, but for the price can't complain. Comes with a dual charges too which is very useful!

These batteries are great. Thought I'd be taking a risk buying anything other than GoPro originals, but these are actually performing far better, they hold their charge and last for longer - and at a very reasonable price. Also the little recharging unit is so useful and charges any battery of this type (including the GoPros) and it's diminutive size means it just tucks in the camera bag out of the way when not in use. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend to other GoPro users!

I've realised reviews are being shown for all 4 options of the Smatree battery. This review is for the £18.99 pack, just to be clear!I'm going on a variety of trips in the next couple of months with my GoPro and I know that on most of them, there will be no access to a usb or plug socket to charge my Gopro (At festivals etc) So I decided to invest in some GoPro batteries so that i could film all i wanted to film all day (or weekend!) without worrying about sucking my battery life up. Battery life on the GoPro isn't bad, i just wanted to extend it!I did a lot of research on the internet - The Battery BacPac and the spare ones i found were really over priced and calculated it would be £60 for a dual charger and two batteries (What i wanted) This is a ridiculous price. Enough said.I decided to search third party batteries on amazon, and these batteries soon showed up! I know Smatree as a trusted and Good company, so I didn't hesitate to buy from them as I trusted them as a third party dealer.I was amazed to see not only two batteries for the same price as one GoPro battery, but an included charger too! I couldn't click buy quick enough.They arrived one day before the expected delivery date - very good. The kit comes in a cheap looking cardboard box - smatree have cut down on the costs to the max! This didn't bother me. I opened the box and poured out the contents. The dual battery charger is tiny - its nowhere near as big as it looks in the pictures (its just bigger than one battery)I figured i would need to charge the batteries, so I plugged in the charger with the supplied cable, and waited a while for them to charge.The next day I went to the beach to film some timelapses and selfie shots. I put the batteries into my GoPro bag if my GoPro one was to run out. Soon enough after a 1000 photo timelapse, the battery was nearly dead. I decided to put in one of the spare batteries straight away, to avoid getting my gopro out of its case on the beach - naked - to fit another battery.It lasted me fine, and all in all, the Smatree Battery lasts 30 seconds less than the Gopro ones! I can't even explain how much GoPro have been put to shame!These are definitely a MUST HAVE for your Gopro! No more limited battery life - film away and get all the shots you need! You'd be silly to look anywhere else!

The batteries are fine but the charger is non-usable. I just cant charge the batteries using the charger as seems like it just doesnt fit.

Just needed one extra battery for my GoPro, saw this product with two batteries and a mini charger. Absolutely amazing value for money. The charger is tiny taking up to so little space for travelling. Works brilliantly with two red indicator lights showing charge in progress and turning green when complete. Now have more than enough power to run the video camera without it complaining that the power is out. Service fantastic; ordered the product on standard postage and arrived next day.
