Good materials and workmanship! Lovely mirror finish!
Excellent quality the stainless steel is mirror finish and can be easily cleaned. The sharpness allows for ease of turning soil even in very compacted ground.The design is beautiful in my opinion, the mirror finish with hardwood just ticks my boxes. The fork is lightweight weight enough to be used by someone who isnt very strong, although the effor tdepends on the compactness of the ground more than anything else.

Outstanding Service - 2 year old fork replaced by Spear and Jackson
Firstly this is a great garden fork, strong and nice to use.However, 2 years after I bought it, I managed to snap it in half (too much leverage, trying to move a plant).I noticed it had a 10 year guarantee sticker on, tried to contact Amazon, there is no facility on Amazon for customer feedback after 2 years, so I contacted Spear and Jackson.Well their customer service is outstanding. I don't usually write reviews but this made me make the effort.They replied: 'I can see from the pictures and the receipt you’ve attached that you are eligible for a Free of Charge replacement under the 10 year guarantee.'No hassle, no postage fee and now I have a lovely replacement fork.

It’s not very strong handle
I bought this as my old spade handle broke . But not I have noticed over time the handle loosened off at the top joints , so you have to be careful as it’s not heavy duty in my opinion

Garden spade and fork
I have. Just broken my spear and Jackson spade had it well over 10! Years so bought another one still great quality so I ordered a garden fork to match match

Snapped first time using it.
Was digging a root out with the fork and it snapped. Was the first time of using it so not good. Gave up trying to get a replacement under the 10 year guarantee as spear and Jackson just weren't happy with the pictures I sent. It's now in the bin with the rest of the rubbish.

Comfortable to use
Beautiful garden fork , not too heavy for a female to handle, easy to use , this was due to the type of wood in which they used , and the it again gains points because of the quality l expected it to more. Delivery bang on time l would give it 20 out of 10
