I use these for craft work, and they do a good job of smoothing and polishing surfaces. I tried them out on a fingernail, and they did a fine job on that. I'm sure my wife will be claiming some of these for herself.

I ordered to smooth my nails. The shine that I received by just a few passes on each nail looked like I had clear nail polish on.

So I've only done one manicure with these, so I can't comment on the durability of the product (seems fine so far), and I am not totally sure how to use it. I have been going from step 1 to 4 in order. All I know is that doing it makes my nails SUPER shiny, like it *literally* looks like I have a glossy topcoat on it's so shiny. However I had to use some rougher files to buff my nails before hand because this file that I am reviewing is very soft on all sides relatively.

Really nice buffing blocks, they are sturdy and do a fantastic job of making nails smooth and without imperfections. last a few uses for each block. Used on acrylic nails and really happy with the outcome.

Exactly what I wanted. Salon style buffers for my nails. Lovely quality and amount for the price.

Love these for prepping my nails for gel manicure. Only issue is they don't last long before they need chucking and starting a new one but you get a fair few anyway.
