This is a life changer!! Super happy with this item. I bought this for my partner who suffers really bad pain at night from his carpal tunnel. Usually he doesn't sleep past 4am and wakes with awful pain and then cant get back to sleep. The first night he wore it he woke at 7am, completely pain free, and he hasn't done that for probably 10 years! I wish I'd researched this sooner! At the worst he now occasionally feels a little tingling in his fingers when he wakes, but that has happened once or twice in the month he has been wearing it. He wears it every night and finds it comfortable enough that it doesnt bother him. The fit is great with the number of adjustable straps. I have recommended this to a friend who also suffers, it's that good. Highly recommended, great quality item that really works, and a really reasonable price.

This item was purchased as I suffer from severe wrist pain and it can make normal tasks very difficult. This support worked miracles, and I have been able to do several things that previously caused me considerable discomfort. One of those is changing gear in our car, and it's a joy to be able to drive again.The support is comfortable and non-bulky. This leaves only a small portion showing over the hand with a long sleeve shirt and it doesn't draw undue attention, unlike some other similar items. The under wrist support bar has a cup shape that fits nicely in the palm of the hand supporting it comfortably and allowing complete free movement of the fingers and thumb. This bar extends up over the wrist and part way up the forearm and is sufficiently strong to offer excellent support of the wrist and hand and prevent undue movement causing pain or discomfort. The velcro straps tie over comfortably on the top of the support and do not project over an edge to irritate skin, another bonus.

Great value, comfortable, makes lifting things much easier and helps me perform chores with much less pain.I used it last night to sleep in and was not woken up by the pain. When I don’t wear the support at night when sleeping I wake up at least 3 or 4 times in real pain probably due to lying at a funny angle.However, The metal plate does not fit snug against my wrist , there is a slight gap at the wrist/ base of my palm- maybe because my arms are very thin. I followed the measuring instructions so ordered a medium, but I should have ordered a small. I can do it up tight enough as the Velcro attachments are long, but I think the small might have fit better under the wrist where the metal plate is meant to curve to support against your arm.I have used it for gardening, riding my horse, mucking out and have hand washed it twice. It is still as good as new. The Velcro is strong and the neoprene is comfy and breathable. But it has been very cold weather (snow and ice) so can’t tell you how breathable it would be in summer.I’m really happy with the wrist support, but wish I had ordered the small size.

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and wrists and although I had a set of these provided by the hospital, I needed another set. I believe these are better than the ones I had from the hospital.An area that I found in my other pair that was weak was the part between your thumb and pointer finger, but not so with this product. The material is sufficiently robust that you are not going to wear through this easily (please see photos).I measured my wrist as per the instructions and found I was at the bottom of the range for the size I ordered. I found this was the perfect size for me. There is a bit of room for movement to extend this. However, if like me you like the neoprene to fully come together and you are at the top end of the range for that size, I would suggest going up a size. I have tried to show in the last photo how much overlap there was for me after having worn them for a week.I did read one review that mentioned the quality meant the metal came out. I can only think they were confused by the end you are able to remove it should you wish. The stitching at the other end is totally sufficient to prevent the metal strip coming out accidentally (see photos).These wrist splints won't take your pain away, but if like me you find lifting or moving things causes your pain to increase, these will help to prevent this. I also personally find wearing them helps generally.Having used these fora while now, I can confirm the metal hasn't come out and the are still as new despite regular wear.Highly recommend this product if you have wrist pain.

I’m very pleased with them

I struggled with Carpel tunnel in both hands throughout my pregnancy and the doctor recommended I get wrist support braces. The ones recommended were WAY outside my price range so after much research I came across these and took a gamble based on the reviews.They were fantastic. I wore them every night for the last 4 months of my pregnancy and my carpel tunnel was significantly reduced, causing me much less pain. I found them comfortable to wear.The only criticism I have is that I didn't find them very easy to get on by yourself (especially when you have to wear two) and I had to ask the hubby to help me do them up tight enough to be effective.Bonus:- My older son loved putting these one and using them as his 'Superhero' gloves. They gave him super powers as he ran around my house!

Very supportive but the metal rods keep working their way out. Very annoying

Es muy buena y cómoda. Lo único que se echa de menos es poder quitar la chapa metálica, como en otro modelo que tengo.

Es fácil de poner, y es efectiva para pasar la noche sin dolores.

Uso prevalentemente questo tutore durante la notte per via del tunnel carpale che si manifesta con dolore intenso alla mano sinistra, puntualmente nel pieno della notte. Dopo settimane di dolori non ne potevo più di dormire poco e male ed ho deciso di provare questo tutore. Che dire, ormai non posso più farne a meno! Il tutore fa in modo che il polso si stabilizzi in una posizione ideale per evitare l’insorgere del dolore. Ho provato a dormire senza tutore una notte per constatare che effettivamente il miglioramento dipendesse da lui e non da altri fattori e quella unica notte in cui non l’ho indossato i dolori si sono presentati puntuali alle 4 del mattino. Dopo questa prova ho avuto la certezza che il tutore ha un reale effetto benefico, almeno su di me.Ho preso la misura XL avendo il polso grande 20cm (come suggerito nella tabella) ma il tutore è abbondante e per indossarlo nel modo corretto e ben aderente i velcri devo allacciarli ben oltre la striscia su cui dovrebbero fermarsi ma dato che attaccano perfettamente anche in tutto il resto del tessuto ho deciso di non cambiarlo con una taglia più piccola.

Llevaba días con dolor de muñeca por el uso del teclado durante muchas horas. Compré esta férula y la verdad es que me fue muy bien. Tienes que comprar la derecha o la izquierda según la mano para la que la necesites. Pero la verdad, cumple muy bien.
