Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Blonde D+++ Bleach Maximum Lightener, For All Hair Types

Well! I used this Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Blonde D+++ Bleach Maximum Lightener today & I can’t believe it! I am SO IMPRESSED! (I’ve added 2 photos - one is my hair before, one after); I always go to the hairdressers for my colour. I love my hairdressers! they are wonderful - but the last colour I had (balayage) cost me over £200 & although I am paying for their care & expertise I just can’t afford it right now. So. I took a chance on a box! I’ve never bleached my almost black hair before myself & I was convinced I was going to mess it up!My aim was to lighten the first 25 cm of my hair - starting at the roots - so that I could then put a copper colour all over my hair. I fully expected my (very dark) hair to go orange on the first attempt & so I bought 3 boxes with the intention to repeat the process another couple of times until it was light enough. Turns out there’ll be no need! 🙌 one application to my roots has almost exactly matched the colour of the rest of my hair! I’m so surprised! it was super easy to apply, super easy to work with & has saved me hundreds of pounds! £7.99! THANK YOU Garnier!!! 🙏🏻😍

Very nice colour

First off, the Glacial Brown shade is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a cool-toned brown with just the right amount of depth, giving my hair a natural, rich look without any brassiness. I love that it’s not too dark, and it compliments my skin tone perfectly.The application process is super easy. The creamy formula spread evenly through my hair, and I didn’t experience any drips or mess. The conditioner included in the box left my hair feeling incredibly soft and nourished—my hair felt moisturised and healthy even after colouring. The only down point would be I never make use of the gloves provided, they just don't fit the hand comfortably when applying and nearly always tore so have to buy gloves separately.On me the dye lasts approximately 4-6 weeks before needing to reapply. Covers greys well. Plus, it doesn’t leave a strong chemical smell, which is a huge plus for me.Overall, this hair dye gives salon-quality results at a fraction of the price.

Ive been doing my own roots and years and normally I use Live colour but opted to try this one instead as my hair was really dry and this said it conditioned it ,It is a lot better on the hair than the live , I left it the whole 45mins as my natural roots are dark brown ,It's still a bit ginger but it will go lighter when dried ,The box contains a conditioner BE WARNED ITS BLUE if your hair is porous like mine , them put the conditioner on for SECONDS it's enough to leave your hair softishI noticed straight away the blue was sticking to the ends of my hair , it's a good size bottle so you could use it as a toner after few days like I'm going too ,I don't normally leave reviews but I'm going to start too as I do rely myself on them

The colour on the website isn't the same as the one on the actual box. The colour on the website has been enhanced to make it look much brighter than it actually is. The dye itself turned more blue/black than purple. While unhappy with the colour, the Nutrisse dye does always leave your hair feeling much healthier than other brands I've tried. Will stick to buying in-person where you can actually see the actual colour on the box.
