Are these strips shaped for top and bottom of the eyebrow?

No they are all the same. You just have to position them to the shape you want. I have actually used them twice on one brow and still they pull the hairs out

How long did you rub your hands to get these warm

I didn't rub them,just placed between my palms for a few seconds

Will these be ok for the middle part of your eye brow?

I found them hard to use as shapers do you mean the monobrow part that joins together hmm however they're really tiny but there's quite a few in the pack so if it's for that sole purpose yes but as for shaping I didn't like them

Complete rubbish! Save your money. I returned product as didnt even stick to hair let alone remove! They charged me £5 to return!! AVOID
